need help with using mods and animations in games

hi guys and girls! i need help with adding or implementing or whatever sex mods and stuff to my skyrim game! i don't have A CLUE, so i'm gonna need a baby step by baby step walk trough! if anyone's interested, it would be nice if you added me on steam, so we can talk DIRECTLY and i don't have to wait so long for answers! if you DO decide to help me, you will have my thanks! and if you help me, and i manage to actually DO it, you will have my ETERNAL thanks!
