Ravlia Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 Hello everyone! I'm just having a little problem with my sexlabsutil. It says that the file is missing or outdated. I've checked in the folder and the file is there, so I'm wondering if my load order is wrong or if there's another mod messing with it. Here's a list of my mods in order Skyrim . esm Update . esm Dawnguard . esm Hearthfires . esm ApachiiHair . esm SexLabs . esm Schlongs of Skyrim - Core . esm SexLabAroused . esm Skyui . esp HighResTexturePack01 . esp HighResTexturePack02 . esp HighResTexturePack03 .esp purewaters . esp obedientulfric .esp better males - faces .esp alternate start - live another life . esp azarhair . esp cbbecurvy . esp SexlabUtil 1 . esp Schlongs of Skyrim . esp SoS - VectorPlexus Regular Addon . esp SoS - Shop . esp LoversVictim . esp SexLabDefeat . esp That's all of my mods. If you guys could look over them and get back to me on what i'm doing wrong that would be great! Thanks!
germanicus Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 Just install Papyrus Utility ver. 2.6 and it will solve the problem. You can find in downloads. Overwrite all when asked. That's all I can offer since you didn't mention what present versions of your mods you have and else you've got
Ravlia Posted August 16, 2014 Author Posted August 16, 2014 I have all of the latest versions of the mods installed, and I just did the Papyrus 26 thing. Loaded into a new game and it gave me another error, stating that I needed papyrus 19 or higher, along with the sexlabsutil error.

Ashal Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Outdated SexLabUtil means you didn't update to SexLab 1.59 properly OR you downloaded the updated patch very quickly after it was released (within a couple hours of it being released) in which case you downloaded the update patch which was missing the updated SexLabUtil. In either case the answer is to redownload SexLab 1.59 full or patch and re-apply it, then make sure no mods are overwriting it's files in Mod Organizer if you're using it.

With MO just move the mod above Sexlab on the left side as well as move SOS.esm ( whatever version you are using ) above Sexlab on the left side. It worked with mine. If you are using NMM sorry more risky. Perhaps if you re-install Sexlab again while allowing files of SOS to be overwritten. I had the same problem. Updating SOS, Properly Updating Sexlab and rebuilding mod etc. and making sure SOS was installed before or with MO above Sexlab on both sides solved all my problems. Good Luck

Used MO to find out SOS was overwriting SL's Util so a simple dragging it above SL fixed it. In case of NMM, after installing SOS re-install SexLab and will work.
ntblood Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I was getting an error,"missing or corrupted Papyrus Utility..." It took me awhile but I found that the issue was having SOS below SL-Framework causes this. I had re-installed PapUtil, skse, sl-framework trying to fix it but the LO was the issue. Seeing if I can get my game working again. I've trimmed back to 230 active plugins. I think that when I set the LO priority so that sl-framework has a higher number and priority than SOS that fixes the pap util error than this creates a LO issue that crashes the game when loading the game (after the menu, a new game). That is the issue that's got me caught. I can probably start the game but I'll have a sl-framework error saying pap util isn't installed and sexlab probably won't work. My solution was to remove schlongs of skyrim because I couldn't find another way around this catch-22 conflict. Game won't run without sos writing over sexlab-framework but then gives a missing pap util error. So, I still have equipable schlong and several sos related mods but took out the main SOS and the others don't seem dependent on it and as far as I can tell, work. I also added the Better follower faction esp's that I had disabled lastly trying everything. Originally, I had unchecked them in the LO because Wrye bash kept saying the faction pack was "corrupted or unknow". And even though my game was working for a bit it still seems like I can't load the new saved games I make from a fresh game.I've had to go back to no plugins enabled to see the game work reliably. I guess I should build up slower next time. I seemed to get more reliable performance from NMM though I like MO's features.
ntblood Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 I have a follow-up question about using SOS with MO. The equipable schlong works well and applies when appropriate usually but all npc men still have their underwear on during sex (no SOS schlong at all). I think this is because SL-Framework and SOS conflict. I've tried both renaming the conflicting files as Waxenfigure suggested (_old.nif) that gave me an SOS error when I got into game-world (see attached pic, there's an easter egg). I'm not getting that error now, just the underwear on male npc's with no schlong. Alternatively I tried just giving SL-Framework a bigger priority # in MO to overwrite SOS. I didn't get the error but it didn't help the main issue. So I even tried having SOS overwrite SL-Framework but that didn't seem to help. I tried re-installing SOS. I'm not sure what to do to fix the issue.Which mod's files should "win" out in the conflict within MO, SOS or SL-framework?
