That version of FOMM is fine to use, although Prideslayers version has some bugfixes and extra features.

 

You also want NVSE to use many mods: http://nvse.silverlock.org/

 

Otherwise just be sure to read and following the instructions for any particular mod you install.

Make sure, you follow all the requirements closely for all of the things you are about to install, please bare in mind that astymmas skeleton must be installed last, if you plan to uyse any body mods, otherwise you will get infinity tits. Make sure you install nvse extender in the correct location, because otherwise youi qwill develop problems with your animations, and this will cause you a great deal of frustration. If this happens, it is best to report the issue in the technical support forum. You also need the MCM but you said you arleady had that, so yipee! With these mods you will be able to bone anything you like in the wasteland, just watch out for cazador! They chafe like crazy.
