anbody have an idea about this armor

 

 

I'm wondering why this body isn't getting any HDT love? Breasts and butts that big oughta jiggle... a-lot. Just saying.

 

I use the HDT from this thread for my body makes it move about greatly ( http://www.loverslab.com/topic/29556-try-my-jiggly-bits/ )

It is originally HDT for sex but I happen to think it is one of the best for TBD also you will need XP32 Extended skeleton from here ( http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/676-xp32-maximum-skeleton-extended/ ) if you dont already have it.

 

 

Thank you! I'm actually using this also. I just meant the overall HDT on the clothing conversions seems to be on hold. Why not just implement it from the start? but it does take time so I understand that at least. Thank you for the links!

anyway, just a quick update. i've been trying to convert the ebony sexy armor, but... it's confusing. long story short, the .nif file contains A LOT of things that aren't even displayed in-game, or just partially displayed, and, considering i'm pretty noob to the mod scene, i don't understand how to separate them. thus, it'll require a bit of time to understand it, and i'll probably pass onto other armors.

 

this said, i've moved to the sovngarde steel armor and the barbarian explorer for the moment

 

 

 

Ill be honest, if you have any sort of issue like this i would recommend leaving it. the original designer probably did it to mess with people like you.

nah, i prefer trying it again and again until i understand it, that's my approach :)

 

actually, i understood the problem. the author just used the alpha layer in the textures to hide certain parts of the original ebony armor, instead of actually deleting the faces in the 3d model

Sovngarde steel armor released, it still has a little bug with the front cloth, i'm trying to weight it correctly. The rest should be fine, if you have the chance, please test it! :)

Loincloth fix uploaded, should work perfectly fine now. (i hope)

 

Had a quick play, looks good to me. cliping on EXTREME breast movement. I wish someone would add havoc to that loincloth...

That is the one downside of TBD...the breast movement is just...strange.

Its due to the new shape/angle/size. you would have to make a new XML for it.

 

The clipping is when the breast moves too shaply in 1 direction, its normal.

could you check the file structure? Like, in meshes/goma/amazon if everything's ok in there. Also i noticed another thing, i'm not using the XP32 skeleton for the TBD body but i don't think that should be a problem.

Well, thanks for taking the time to check all this (and for your effort creating these great conversions, of course!).

Gonna try this last thing you suggested.

 

EDIT: Still nothing. I even tryed to reinstall Skyrim and use no mods but the TBD and this armor, and i still get the CTD when i try to equip the armor.

 

I've got a new question, though. If i try to lauch the game with this armor mod enabled, BUT without having enabled the dragonfly's animation TBBP enabled, it crashes on the Beth logo screen. With dragonfly's stuff enabled it goes well until i try to equip the armor.

Besides that, i don't even see the armor in the equipement screen, i see the name on the list, but no preview model shows up...

 

I'm getting the strong impresion that i messed up something basic at some point, but i'm lost.

Will there be somewhen in the far far future a new conversion? I check this site out every second day because I just know Vanitafish for making nice TBD conversions and for a long time nothing happened, so it would be good to know if here will be somewhen something new.

Check out Themilkdriner on nexus, he's is the mastermind behind the mod. Another mod for that body as well is Minidress Collection TBBP.
