Why is my face darker than my body?  I think for some reason, my face data didn't load.  I am not getting any of those face details that are in the pictures.  All i did was installed the mod by using NMM

increase the size of her head in her skeleton by like .10. I think that would fix it.

 how does one do this? or must the original author do it?

Perhaps you mucked around with your ini files?

bUseFaceGenPreprocessedHeads

needs to be enabled, it's possible you have a mod that temporarily disables it and never re-enables it?

When this is off the game attempts to generate an NPC's face instead of loading it. You could also be using some SkyProc script to change the appearance of NPCs which would be undesirable if that includes weight, since this NPCs head has to be at a fixed weight.

bUseFaceGenPreprocessedHeads is set to 1 so i guess that wasn't it.  I don't think i am using a Skyproc script.  Anyone have any other suggestion?  Is it because the face and body are different textures?  The picture that i've seen from everyone that posted on this thread doesn't seem to be having a problem though.

ENB settings? Some ENB either make faces more detailed or less detailed. And the specific area helps a lot too.

It could be ENB, I noticed a bug with a particular setting

ColorPowSunrise=1.0
ColorPowDay=1.0
ColorPowSunset=1.0
ColorPowNight=1.0
ColorPowInteriorDay=1.0
ColorPowInteriorNight=1.0

Any of the color power settings screw with the lighting on the head but not the body resulting in a very visible mismatch, it took me a few hours of tweaking to find it when I was changing the face and body textures of one of my followers after having changed ENB settings. But he said his problem was more than just tone mismatch and the face itself didn't look the same, which would imply the head was generated rather than loaded. What would happen in this case is the head would be generated with the default hair, which was some vanilla hair, so you could easily tell the difference. If the head was loaded it would be the correct hairstyle and his problem may have just been ENB related.

Ah yes, I noticed this bug myself, it's actually related to a particular setting in ENB

ColorPowSunrise=1.0
ColorPowDay=1.0
ColorPowSunset=1.0
ColorPowNight=1.0
ColorPowInteriorDay=1.0
ColorPowInteriorNight=1.0

As an example, my Asian Ningheim has the freckle texture from Brynhildr mod (i just love those freckles), but with Opethfeldt ENB the freckles disappear until I disable it.

She's really cute but I had to take her out of my game. I don't think she liked the XP32 extended skeleton with HDT set up and CBBE textures. As soon as she lost her clothes, her breasts started vibrating :D

It's not her, it's more like your system. Since I've swapped out her skeleton for XP32 extended also and I have HDT set up as well. I don't get freaky breast physics in my game.

It not her fault.

I reinstalled her and her face is working fine now but i am now having a problem of the mismatch body and face still.  Here are the ss of her with project enb fantasy enb boost and w/o project enb fantasy.  It look like the problem is still there even when i disable enb.  She also doesn't have the collarbone like my other follower as well.  All i did was dl her and installed by NMM.

I'll have to take a look at her in game though I swapped her textures out for a different set and changed her body. I just happen to prefer UNP/UNPB more.

The creator... Me! Has the same issue.

So, you have to fix yourself.

Sorry, I am just a little bit tired about neck issue.

The reason about cause this issue, is because "only" face is useing "SG Textures",

and the lips I mix with "ECE" textures by using photoshop by myself.

The body textures is still original from CHSBHC textures.

When I want to make this follower, I only want the face can make the same with my character.

I haven't care the other thing.

The way to fix the neck issue, is replace all textures (body, face) to "SG Textures" or what you use.
