Going through my post cleaning them up and came across the one that I used before. For the mole, they have this thread (http://www.loverslab...ompanions-cbbe/) that also have a companion mod (http://www.loverslab...-cbbe/?p=229676). One of the companions, Lusia I believe, have mole beside her mouth. You can use this to copy and paste it upon the head texture of yours, on the spot your choice. I can only answer the general suggestion but for the technicality and in-depth, I suggest browsing/opening the new thread in Skyrim Technical Support/LL Technical Support. You won't get the same look (especially on the lips and nose) if you use SG textures in recreation. Use Michelle's textures from Girls of Skyrim and UNPB body for the exact look.

Unsubscribing from a mod from steam is done the same way unsubscribe bring up the play game tab and wait for the mod/mods to be reloaded/set to not be loaded and it will be gone.
