Like I said, hard to figure out if I can't get a closer look because I know ~4-5 face textures that make your face look like that if you use a decent femaleheadchargen.tri file.

The outfit in the picture has been modified and the skirt part removed and it looks like the sorceress underwear is used.

If the Ashen race uses a non-vanilla headmesh look that up in the CK and you will also find the filepath for the 3 tri files. I love http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6953 because of the big eyes but Nuska's Real Skin for Women ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/28645 ) has a pretty good one too, though it doesn't work with the femaleeyechargen files from BFG (makes the eyes clip into the face and overall looks really weird).
