If you want that texture you will have to do it yourself as that is what the uploader of the picture did there is a post back a ways that posted links to free textures one of the links is for the apachii huntress. He had to set it to hidden because it uses vanilla assets from Oblivion Rhodanum also got it before it was removed and has uploaded it here http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=14957
