The outfit is called dark witch and can be found on this thread by

 

lostdaywalker http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=10618&page=47 downloads are on the first page of the thread. The outfit in the picture has been modified and the skirt part removed and it looks like the sorceress underwear is used.

That is the apachii huntress you can find it here. If you want that texture you will have to do it yourself as that is what the uploader of the picture did there is a post back a ways that posted links to free textures one of the links is for the apachii huntress. Muscularity comes from the MSN files. If you want it to look softer try http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20530
