I'm pulling this out and doing a new game. Fortunately, I just started a new game and haven't gotten too deep into doing my MCM settings.

This looks really good. How would you feel about adding a hot key to quickly enable or disable the effect. You know so if you walk into an in and just want to sit alone this time you can quickly shut this off without needing to go into the MCM. Also, if I use a mod that allows my followers to relax but their still technically following me and their in another cell, if I then sit down will they leave that cell and come find me and sit next to me?

another hotkey might make someone run out of keyboard one day, but noted
the mod looks for high process list npcs (only nearest fully ai-ed), so i presume if your followers are somewhere else rather than nearby, the game will not make them run in your place to sit with you.

A papyrus log leak has caused me to get an 18gb log file after installing this mod

 

This thing gets spammed pretty much 99% of the log.

how many followers you have? it shouldn't have out of boundaries error at least.

I loaded my save file after uninstalling the mod without errors.

Yeah, it's more than likely due to it being flagged esl without having its records compacted. This will absolutely hose your save.

"It works for me" is a terrible response to someone having this grave of an issue, especially when the issue literally kills a save. Please try to do better.

Both myself and Barzing encountered this error and reported it here. To wit: The issue is that the author has flagged this as an ESL, but did not compact the records first. That's the typical reason for this error being thrown. @OverseerPrimeXF needs to unflag this, check to see if it qualifies for the ESL flag, compact the records if it does qualify and then flag it ESL. 

 

This mod will absolutely kill a save file in its current state and should not be used until this situation is rectified.

Update to 1.1.3, i recounted forms and hopefully it fixes your issues, if so, disregard above comment.

You can do it manually using tesedit.

And look at the warning on the mod page. This provided as-is. If you can contribute and fix it - be my guest.

Ive tested it with Nethers Followers Framwork and it doesn't seem to work with that mod.

i have nff installed (latest version of it), with sandboxing enabled, and I observed no problems with it. If there's something particular what i can reproduce, i'll look into it. Otherwise i cant help here.

Hello i just did an update and sems to last version not working anymore in previous version npc went to sit after player and on previous version they never asked to sit on player lap or how to i pronounce that sorry my eng is bad.. On this version lastest one npc dont even sit on any chair anymore after player sit 

Edit Reset quest mod inside mcm fixed issue with followers to sit after player sit but still they wont sit with player on same chair or bench that's not fixed still please try to fix that ^^

i need more info about that, could you look at the output of "sqv swm_main" command and see if reference of the bench where player sat is the one which is loaded into the first sit place (sitplace01)? also if any follower is assigned to any of Actor01Place01-04?

Please note that the bench you are sitting must have at least one free space for your buddy.

 

I am aware of one bug where if a follower already sits on a bench and if the player lands on this bench and the bench has no more free space ( the follower already occupied one and player had the last one), the system will consider the bench as fully loaded and try to place the follower on some other bench. I may or may not fix it one day.

you must set the follower "special" to make them sit on your lap though a dialogue option. And there's one bug which requires to use the dialogue option to set special twice, because one time doesn't work by some reason. ill look into it later

dang it i'm also experiencing this right now, the mod keep dumping papyrus stack making the game lag so i want to uninstall it but will be met with instant ctd whenever i'm trying to save with this mod disabled

is that common papyrus logs? or some special ones? because i can't see huge logs on my side. i will try to reproduce error if i know what to reproduce, otherwise i can't help here.

Can you do the opposite?  EG: Dialogue that asks if you want to sit on my lap?  Giving the PC the ability to sit on NPC lap.  For female players...
