Yeah! You can safely translate the declinations that aren't needed in your language, removing them. Those are just used to difference them in the code depending on gender/sex.

 

This is typical already and you can see it happening in other languages as well!

 

If you don't need them because in your language are unnecessary, just remove them and transform the sentence in the best way👌

 

In italian it's the same thing in this case, you would just say "la sua prima volta" in an unrelated way from sex/gender!

Keep in mind this is an incompatible format, it has to be a standard STBL package or a Nraas Packer format (.TXT) that is usually like this:

If you use S3SE, you already have these options available for export:

Your keys are missing the initial part of the FNV64 (so "0x" before the KEY) and this file has the wrong type of formatting to be imported in S3SE (that I use) or even in S3PE, not being an STBL file.

 

Sadly, I tried to convert these strings to Nraas Packer Format, even manually, but S3SE is not recognizing it.

 

I'll try more later, but if you can, please make sure you share an STBL file directly or that you share a compatible file, like Nraas Packer file.

 

EDIT: I also tried downloading Easy STBL Manager that is supposed to use your kind of export (XML) but once I tried "importing from file" only for Brazil - Portuguese, it just didn't work and didn't import anything. The reason is probably listed by the mod owner, who said:

 

"The problem is that the export/import function is intended to make it easier to update translations, not to make new ones. You have to export from an existing STBL and import the updated translations to the same package. It uses the key to find and replace text. Sorry."

 

So it doesn't work in KW, where many strings are not existent so are brand new and cannot be "updated"... I highly suggest using S3SE!

 

EDIT: To avoid losing all the work you've made in Easy STBL Manager, try using the "Save As Package" feature up to the top, and share to me the actual package you save, in that case I may try to extract the Portuguese Strings and import them into S3SE!

What do you mean for "opponent"? Do you mean that in the journal of the Sex Skill, it could be nice to have the very First Partner, the Most Frequent and the Most Recent? That's a good idea! I could check out how the Journal is structured and then, let you know!

 

As per the intrauterine sperm: that's a good idea too, that is actually missing from my development situation as well (I would need to see it), but I wouldn't add it in the journal. Probably somewhere else!

 

I'll let you know as soon as I start working on the code again :D

All that asked, thanks for the update, it's great to see TS3 still has some life in the (adult) modding community given that I can't play TS4 without feeling an intense desire to return to TS3 or even TS2. And Wicked Whims is just so damn vanilla it actually pains me coming away from Kinky World, Rimjobworld, and the various Fallout and Skyrim adult mods.

Might I ask what adult mods you use in Skyrim? I've got it lined up next to mod up and play, but I find the learning curb a bit steep for me as a beginner. It'd be nice to have a point of start before I wade in.

Even if you were not asking to me, I would still share my adult mod list that I always find myself with when playing Skyrim!

 

It's just not easy to install or to make stable, because Skyrim is such a mess, even more than TS3!

It's kinda a huge list, but pretty much is recommended to play with OSTIM for Skyrim, it's a great adult mod and full of compatible animations.

 

It has a very HUGE and LONG guide about how to install properly!

Having an issue where none of the icons (town hall, gym, etc) show when in map view. Seems to be from this mod (if I remove it and nothing else everything works).

You're probably using the package I'm asking for - the point is that the XML cannot be imported in S3PE to replace an STBL file! So I would ask you to share me this STBL file you are showing here specifically, so I can import it in the actual package with S3PE as well!

 

Please share the entire ONIKI_KinkyMod.package or the STBL file specifically (or both) so I can extract what I need 🤞

 

EDIT: if the mod isn't loading up after your edit is probably because you messed up the package 😝

It's strange, because I don't have this issue, and I as well have KW, ReFiner and just animations mod packages.

 

This looks probably caused by something else!

 

I'll have a look by the way, as soon as I can, to be sure KW isn't interfering with icons, but that's pretty much unlikely!

 

Have you checked if you use other CC or mods beside KW that might be causing this issue?

It may be limited to some specific towns and/or the Origin build. EA updated Sims 3 awhile back and I know nraas had to update master controller to fix this. (shrug)

dos it has something to do with this privecy setting or do i need to do something else. i still can't figure out how to make NPCs do it.

Hey! This setting should be how NPCs and households react to request of WooHoo in relation to the "public broadcaster", e.g. if they ignore people around them or feel embarassed to act in public.

 

But this setting has been confused since ages and I left it out to work on it properly: it's unclear as of now and should be redone.

 

Traits now by code are supposed to work as intended, so I don't know why selfies aren't received or NPCs aren't stripping.

 

Please keep in mind that before build 444 and 445 Sims autonomy was almost entirely a Kinky autonomy: they would barely eat, sleep, wash themselves, only to allow at the most, the KW autonomy.

 

I'll have a look at the code to answer you more precisely

 

Also, I still have to say that I almost never received a selfie or saw anyone strip that much in previous builds in any way (before my builds), so this might be fixed in any case

EDIT: I had a further look at the code.

 

"Exhibition Difficulty" in your screenshot is the literal difficulty any Sim encounters to actually perform any Kinky action that otherwise would be "seen too much" by other Sims. Putting it to 0 means that they don't care about anyone and can actually be always naked in public (as per your intents)

 

"Privacy Situation Setting" instead refers specifically to KW Situations in bathroom/showers/bed so it's not related to Strip or Difficulty in general, it needs to be overhauled because as of now it's very unclear (so thanks for reminding me)

 

I found out specifically that stripping and flash/exhibitionism behaviors generally depend on "StoryProgressionExhibition", a setting that you find in "Story Progression" inside the mod settings that by default should be set to "All" and should generally stay on "All". This may not be your case, but check it out in any case.

 

In "Services", Flasher needs to be enabled to allow NPC Sims to perform "flashing" actions toward you in general that may influence what you are asking for. Default may be disabled (I don't remember), so check this out and see what happens if you enable it (if it's disabled)

 

Kinky Autonomy also needs to be High for these behaviors and by the code, the exhibitionist behaviors you are talking about are currently "nerfed" by the code if Sims are at home, so they tipically do this when they're outside or in other lots.

 

As per the selfies: all of the things said above must be enabled for selfies to generate, but there are more restrictions to it, by the code (that I did not edit in any way): autonomous shooting requires "Exhibition type" only, plus "AutonomousExhibitionAllowed", "ExhibitionSkill" at a certain level, and very high thresholds on "ExhibitionMotive". Sending a picture requires: "Phone_SendPhotograph" autonomously performed, photos already in the phone's inventory with "ContainsObject(actor)" (they actually took a selfie by themselves), an entire logic for "FindBestSim + CanCallSim" etc. This means: no sending without a rare chain first, as I pointed out very earlier.

 

I'll see how I can patch this behaviors in 447.

 

EDIT 2: I'm trying to add a "More Spontaneous Exhibitionism" in Privacy Settings, to see if it makes "lighter" the autonomy acceptance for exhibition behaviours and I'll let you know.

Hey!

 

If you see KWErrorLogs the DLL and the mod itself are loaded in your game.

 

If you don't see KW in a save, instead, there's an incompatibility with other mods.

 

I'll check this out when I have time.

 

EDIT: From what I could see:

 

- KWErrorLog is an XML that can only be produced when a mod DLL is loaded in your save - so KW is actually there. In general, if you never had Kinky World in your save, the mod needs to be activated, by click on a Sim, an object or terrain and going to "Kinky World..." > "Settings" and toggling "Disabled" to "Enabled" for the mod status and waiting for it to instantiate.

 

- The Script Error you attached is referred to a WorldQuit, so it's in relation to you getting out from your save and not general mod errors or issues.

 

- From these logs, nothing can be see "critical" as per the mod itself, aside from errors related to clip resources not found (animation packages that may be missing), WooHooStage.Parse that is in an unknown/unstable state, possible conflicts with other mods that are tuning/editing the computer object, and a "### WARNING ### Invalid SimDescription" on many Sims that in my opinion is suggesting conflicts with other Sims.

 

My best bet is that you could:

 

- Have a package folder full of mods and/or incompatible mods with KW (that is known to require the least possible mods in your folder)

- Didn't extract the KW folder as it is and put it there in the package folder, possibly removing some basic/fundamental package

 

Please, if you can, let me know which mods you have installed at the moment, even in private if you want. It's likely that KW possibly can't start properly.

Hi. I'm using version 446.

I haven't started a new game.

I'm having trouble with the birth control pills again. My Sim took them before and after sex, but she still got pregnant. Is there something wrong with my settings? Is there a way to check this?

Hi mrph! Nice to hear you back :D

Despite I said I would have thought about the pill, I forgot to implement any kind of fix or patch to the pill in the game.

 

This means that the behavior for birth pill is still the same of any previous version from 443: it's still a pill that will avoid getting female Sims pregnant in a certain amount of time before the sex act, and doesn't do anything different.

 

In particular, after I checked the code:

 

- If a female Sim is already in the ovulatory state of her Menstrual Cycle (so e.g. when it's also fertile) the pill does nothing. In the actual code implementation, the pill "skips" the ovulatory phase only if the current phase is different from ovulatory. This can easily be patched in 447 to always skip the phase, even if it's ovulatory already.

 

- The pill, if taken in a phase that is different from ovulatory, has a coverage effect of 24h in game and grants the skip of the ovulatory phase.

 

This means that if a female Sim is in follicular state or luteal phase, and the pill covers only 24 hours, after 24 hours you may need to take it again.

 

Let's just say that the current pill is being thought as a "continuous pill" to take everyday to skip ovulatory phase when it comes (like a regular pill would do in real life when taken when it's time to) so like a "very immersive" roleplay pill.

 

What's actually missing is:

 

- An option to give simple coverage from getting pregnant in any phase of menstrual cycle that has a coverage of X hours (that's basically what you are asking for)

- An option to use the same pill also as a "day after pill" that somehow cancel the sperm entirely when used after sex.

 

These two things can be implemented in design-aware way in 447 and I'll be sure to do that :D

 

EDIT: I just did it in my test build 447:

It means that starting from build 447, you will be able to:

 

- Take the pill in ovulatory phase and still skip to the next phase (like the normal pill does in other phases) cleaning up the fertile buff and mechanics

- Take the pill in a maximum of 6 hours after the last woohoo where sperm was valid, that will let you cancel the pregnancy state (considering that the "pregnant" state is almost istantaneous after the woohoo if sperm was valid and womb was fertile)+

- This will still be effective only for KW pregnancies, and not EA default pregancies

I would like to point out that this is intended as a "workaround": the real "complete feature" would be adding a separate object with a similar name that could be bought in the shop, with separate logic.

 

But I can't do that as of now because it's too much work/time that I can't dedicate, so this toggle does exactly what you asked for!

Realism is certainly nice, but it's not always easy to keep track or remember what your Sim took and when. Especially if you play on weekends with multiple Sims or switch between households. I thought of this pill as a form of pregnancy insurance. It would be great to have a setting in the settings to choose how this pill works – realistically (as it does now) or instantly (with a misfire probability setting, like with a condom). It seems like a small detail, but it's nice.

I also wanted to ask you to consider adding additional interactions to the Oniki pole.

1. If your Sim is already stripping, clicking on the pole should bring up a window for selecting Sims on the lot – invite them to watch (like with drinks at the bar), after which they should come and watch the performance with a donation. This will allow you to invite spectators to private rooms because they don't want to come and watch (if possible, set a range for the amount, like in prostitution).
2. Clicking the pole brings up a dialog box to choose whether to strip for... (select Sims on the lot), after which the selected Sims will attend and watch the dance, donating money (if possible, set a range, like for prostitution).

3. Clicking the pole brings up a dialog box to choose whether to strip for... (select Sims on the lot, but no more than 3 men). After which the selected Sims will attend and watch the dance, followed by group sex, or, if there's only one Sim, sex on the pole. I don't remember whose animation is used.) It would really liven up the game world and expand the possibilities.

I got every one of your request, and I think they are doable - some of them just require a lot of time/work to be implemented and I'm onto some other work on KW (Robots and Plumbots mainly) and ReFiner 2.0, so I'm pretty busy, but I noted every single one of these so I can start working on them as soon as I have more free time :)

"The way the 'Number of partners' is calculated seems a bit off. I'm not sure if it's a bug, but in the case of MFF 3P, it seems like two additional partners are being added to the female character's count."

 

Actually, I was suggesting we track the count separately for each gender.

If you see KWErrorLogs the DLL and the mod itself are loaded in your game.

 

If you don't see KW in a save, instead, there's an incompatibility with other mods.

EDIT: From what I could see:

 

- KWErrorLog is an XML that can only be produced when a mod DLL is loaded in your save - so KW is actually there. In general, if you never had Kinky World in your save, the mod needs to be activated, by click on a Sim, an object or terrain and going to "Kinky World..." > "Settings" and toggling "Disabled" to "Enabled" for the mod status and waiting for it to instantiate.

 

- The Script Error you attached is referred to a WorldQuit, so it's in relation to you getting out from your save and not general mod errors or issues.

 

- From these logs, nothing can be see "critical" as per the mod itself, aside from errors related to clip resources not found (animation packages that may be missing), WooHooStage.Parse that is in an unknown/unstable state, possible conflicts with other mods that are tuning/editing the computer object, and a "### WARNING ### Invalid SimDescription" on many Sims that in my opinion is suggesting conflicts with other Sims.

 

My best bet is that you could:

 

- Have a package folder full of mods and/or incompatible mods with KW (that is known to require the least possible mods in your folder)

- Didn't extract the KW folder as it is and put it there in the package folder, possibly removing some basic/fundamental package

 

Please, if you can, let me know which mods you have installed at the moment, even in private if you want. It's likely that KW possibly can't start properly.

That is the thing i played the game for a sim week but the pie menu for Kinky World won't show up. here what my packages list look like
