This is my thought exactly or rather:

 

The large ass for the largest body is good as you have a lot to choose from just set it to medium size. (The ass looks absolutely beutiful at size 50)

 

What I think is that the boobs should be bigger so you have close to this size boobs on intermidiate slider but a smaller ass.

 

I'm currently working on that (actually I am done just gonna test it now. Might haveto redo weighing)

 

I'll share that mesh if its alright by Cherry.

 

 

 

I would definitely not post this until Cherry has given permission. It's not a good idea to have too many different version of the same body floating around because it makes it more difficult to get armors to fit them. Nothing worse than looking for armor to fit the CHB body mod only to find there's 5 different versions of it and all five have different armors made for them. The more versions there are for the body' date=' the more you segregate the fans of the body into little groups that only support certain styles.

 

I find it funny that with so many other body mods already out everyone keeps trying to make the ass smaller and the boobs bigger even though there is already body mods that have done this. Why bother changing the one body mod that's different? This is starting to get frustrating to read. I know I for one, will only be supporting Cherry's version of the mod when I'm done converting armors.

Well the reason I'm modding this mesh is that its the best big busted one out there (IMO) when it comes to amount of pollys and easy weighing. Makes it a lot easier to work with especially later when I make armors.

 

The one I'm making only differs in size from cherrys, all verts are intact, so all armors for this one will be compatible with cherrys and vice versa.

Keep in mind the bones and weighting will all completely change once I complete my body physics mod for it.

 

but I would love to see the changes you make with it!

I think you missed the point of my post. I understand that it's compatible. I'm more worried about there being 5 different derivatives of Cherry's body and thus us only having a few armor sets for all different derivatives. So there's 25 released armor for Cherry's body. I download all 25 and as I equip them my characters ass grows and shrinks as well as her breast shape as I equip different armor sets because everyone modified the body for an armor set. So we don't really have 25 armor sets for Cherry's body. We have maybe 3 for hers....2 for yours....4 for that other guys....and everytime we equip them the body changes. So it's not really Cherry's body armor at all. Even if we don't wind up with distorted meshes when we equip them.

 

And then you also you wind up with modders modding the armor to fit your version of Cherry's body which isn't really Cherry's body unless I equip it with my characters weight setting and don't see any changes to the body as I equip it.

 

Basically IMO if you're going to release a modified version of Cherry's body it should be done in a different thread and with Cherry's permission. Because it's not made to fit her body when I equip your armor and suddenly my character's ass shrinks 5 sizes and her waist gets thinner or whatever.

If people want to mod they can i wouldn't mind seeing it at all.

Some major changes coming to the body (That wont effect the shape) as soon as im done with physics.

 

It will be good for everyone.

 

Leaves me with a lot of animation to do lol.

 

I really want to mod the basic clothes etc Like the fine clothes and barmaids outfits etc when im done with the physics too.

 

I will also do the Eisen armor with physics too.

Oh that doesnt really matter :) I'll just take a look at your bones when you're done and see if I need to do any changes. Worst case I'll just redo my weighing :D

 

Looking forward to seeing your new custom skeleton rig and animations, BBB for skyrim would be awesome.

I didnt intend to realease mine as cherrys body as that would be a lie :). I'll give the proper kudos though. I wont release my armors as "armors for cherrys body" either. I'll however tell if they are compatible with it.

Pretty much the golden rule when it comes to modding. I wasn't trying to tell you you shouldn't make it. Was just worried about continuity of releasing armor for the body but having a highly modified mesh you were basing it off. Anyway I'll drop the subject. I wasn't trying to start drama. I pretty much do what my avatar does when drama erupts LOL.

 

If you are planning on releasing a second body based on Cherry's though I'll be keeping an eye out. And look forward to it.

edit: removed the gif from here, its in my workshop thread if anyone want to see it. I discarded the first try and have made a new version.

 

 

I'm thinking I'll try to have the size for my toon at that point (shown in gif) on the slider

I'll post a bit more info on this stuff in my thread (Nalims workshop) so Cherry gets to keep this one for her stuff :)

Wow. I haven't been following many mods in the last few weeks, but if you're able to deliver on your promise of body physics, it'll be absolutely groundbreaking. To be the first to implement anything close to BBB would be quite the accomplishment :)

 

Good luck with the arrays, I'll be checking for updates :D

I have a request. Can u make this body with smaller (normal) ass? :D Breast are great but this ass is too big for me and i don't like look of it. ;)

You should check out Caliente's mod then. Sounds more like what you are looking for.

 

Personally, and clearly I'm not alone here, I could not be happier with the current look.

Update on Physics for CHSBHC.

I have successfully hand edited the havok skeleton files to match correctly.

They ran perfect in a test in the havok previewer.

I have run into one more stumbling block.

Exporting the new animations out of 3dsmax in havok format.

The current method of exporting animations .kv to .hkx limits you to non custom bones.

 

That leaves me with trying to see if the original creator will be incredibly generous enough to help by allowing custom bones orrrr toying with the havok filters like crazy until the animation exports properly!

 

I will keep you updated as this is the FINAL step in having body physics!

Awesome to here Cherry! I've been in such love with this mod, its hard for me to play without it lol. The only problem I'm having, and has nothing to do with your mod. My showracemenu is broken :(. I swear, randomly out of absolutely no where my skyrim wouldn't load, and would crash right at startup.

 

Mind you this is out of no where, nothing new install, just blam. So I spent the entire night troubleshooting it. Sad to say this, but I think bethesda has a back door to the game. Meaning, my version of the game was 1.0, I NEVER updated it. Mainly because I hated steam, and after steam screwed up a couple of tweak mods like 4gb (yeah realize it was fixed LATER ON), I made sure to never run the laucher. I used Nexus mod manager, or whatever to change load order and esps. Regardless my fix was to update to the newest version - -. Cause no matter what I tried on the older version, it wouldn't work. Last thing I want to do is a reinstall of the game, and wipe all my mods.

 

So now, when I ran showracemenu, it works. Until I get to the part of hitting "r". Where it has the "yes" or "cancel" button. Basically it doesn't let me click on either. What's weird is the game seems fine, but the two prompt options "yes" and "cancel" don't respond. I've tried varies things, even assuming the save file was corrupted. But after trying other saves, it simply doesn't work. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it? I love the showracemenu too, because its an easy way to test stuff you change.

the latest patch broke menu buttons like r and f they just don't work

I use a mod to fix that one that fixes keyboard bindings (I belive it fixes it cuz they work now)

Thanks jesdexter! I had to use the old "delete tesV.exe" and then have steam scan game files, to redownload. That seemed to fix the issue, after some crazy troubleshooting on my behalf lol. Though I'll have to for sure check out that keyboard binding mod, thanks again.

You guys might find this entertaining. I was messing around with the iron maiden armor and tried to make the chainmail part transparent, but I failed. I even tried a guide, made sure to add an alpha channel and add alpha channel properties in nifskope but FAIL! I got no idea how the heck cherry made an armor that contours to the body type. Sounds like exactly what Bethesda did, even though in game weight doesn't vary that much. So I decided to do it like obliv, and add her body to the armor nif. That way the exposed areas would look as desired. Only problem is lol the skin would be only for one race. Either case, I suprisingly found it pretty easy to manipulate in daz....

Although im not sure how you are going to export it from Daz3d for the game.

If you can please share im sure others would like to know.

You might want to try it in blender if you have the chance. Blender is free, I have never used blender I use 3Ds Max but people I know that use it love it.

lol I use both blender and Daz3d. So if I export from daz, its then imported into blender, then exported to nifskope. That's typically the process I always do. You could just replace 3dsmax instead of daz, its the same process to me. I've never had issues using blender as a go between to import/export stuff. What i really need to figure out is how to change the coordinates in blender, after its imported from nifskope. When I import the obj to blender, the obj is always laying flat on its back. I'm quite the novice when it comes to blender lol.

What really blows my mind is the coords say 0,0,0 in the properties. Though it hardly looks that way lol. The reason I want to try daz for this is it has some crazy tools for converting objs, and it lets you mere "morphs" to anything you import. If I could create your body in daz as a morph set, I could easy just slap in an obj and hit 1 button to get it to fit properly to the body. So in a sense it auto rigs it. Though the default body used for most of the rigging is genesis. I'd have to create a custom shape of genesis to be like your body. Then it would allow me to do that.

 

Honestly I've tried 3dsmax before, and it would just piss me off. Mainly because everytime I tried to learn it, everyone would have a different version of it and say (oh this only works in version 7, actually only version 10).

From Daz3D you can export with Collada (collada can export skin, bones, animation, etc. it is like fbx); import that in Max (search for working Collada plugin, original Max one might not work); reskin to Skyrim original skeleton (imported beforehand); export with NifTolls plugin.

 

This maxscript could be helpful:

 

Blender has also Collada (as well as fbx) plugin/s, but so far it is not working for Skyrim nif NifTools exporter that support bones and skin (I might be wrong, but that what is specified on NifTools Blender Forum).

Daz also lets you export/import as Collada, as well as many other formats. It has a program that looks like a clone of 3ds max called Hexagon, does about all the same stuff. As I said before, I use blender as a go between and its never failed me. Though typically I'm more of a texture guy than mesh. I'm just a fan of easy interfaces, and I hate crap that likes to hide all the good features, forcing me to spend hours settings up the proper layout. Just like I hate people who write out tutorials are super guru's and make up their own acronyms LMB (aka left mouse button). Apparently being about to type 120 wpm+ makes it to hard to type that out lol.
