Instead of directly altering a mod, is it possible to make a separate patch for it or would that still violate the mod maker not wanting his model being used for NSFW content?

Pretty sure that would still use the base mod and to make the game apply it as a patch without needing specific instructions is more of a hassle that its worth since the only current way I can see this being a thing enabling another mod with those assets to override some of the original mod. While it can be done, it still requires you to make the base body which would just result in having to make it from scratch anyway and at that point you may as well finish it yourself.

Someone mentioned there is already an existing model that can be used instead as well so we can only hope for that one to be ported and edited or for someone to make a completely new one.

While a nice thought, i think it'd just have the same issue.

Personally, I am of the camp that as long as you give proper credit and make it 100% clear your not affiliated with the modder, that should be enough. Asking for permission will nearly almost always (i'd say like 85%) of the time get you shot down, and not only that, the mod creator  (or ESPECIALLY thier fans) will become aware you want to do that. They can and will then turn around and actively seek it out and destroy it if anybody attempts it afterwards. Leading to false accusations and arguments over who made what. 

And if you get truly rabid/puritanical enough ones, (fans or the creator themselves) that cant stand NSFW of thier favorite series in general, you have just unleashed war hounds that are aware of the existence of such mods who then hunt down those mods. Do it enough times, you now have swarms of killer bees harassing everyone and everything. Even unrelated to that original mod.

There are several issues with asking for permission with this sort of thing. Harassment is a massive one. Its a nice gesture and respectful, sure. But not all acts of kindness end without a gun to your head. (just ask ghandi)

i think this person might be working on it which would be nice though if it was on amy than miku but i'm happy ether way

I'm happy to see there was some interest in this and I'd honestly be willing to throw some money at someone to make this happen.

Rocheste's Sage body with the outfit from Haise's Miku mod (with a few color/texture tweaks) is pretty much exactly what I was thinking of.

 

If anyone is interested in doing this (or knows anyone that is), please let me know!

Funny you should mention. I actually got to witness the moment Nock got kicked from the actual "GameBanana" server, not just the CrossWorlds one. I thought perhaps he just went offline, but it was apparently the moment he got booted, lol.

 

And yes, he is also absent from the CrossWorlds server.
