krafs Posted April 4 Posted April 4 @Kenjoki Are we supposed to be able to recruit all the gladiators for the Arena in version 5.0?  I'm unable to do that, with only the gladiators I recruited using the new recruitment quest being available in arena fights. If this is a result of updating from a previous version, is there a way to remove all the gladiators and reset all the recruitment quests in order to do them again in the latest version (and therefore hopefully fix any issues caused by updating)?  Like I mentioned a few pages back, the toggle for long or short arena announcements is missing in this version of the MCM from what I can tell. Using the console to write to that global variable works though.  Also, the poles on the left (when looking at the arena exit) are not there in the arena during fights, despite being talked about in the scenes when you lose a death fight. They are only there during the slavery quest punishment version of the scene. Is that intentional or a bug? Â
crococat Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Had failed prequest. Answered something wrong in Riverwood and now have - go check if something is happening in Whiterun But nothing changes and no dialogs. How is safe to reload mod or set queststage?
Aceforwin Posted April 5 Posted April 5 (edited) Hi, i like this mod it make the game more difficult but there's a thing i don't understand and kinda break the immersion, the comments of the npcs makes no sense, my pc is free and have done absolutly nothing but every npc inclunding the followers insult her, i don't understand why? i have not installed the "slaveruncomment.esp" doesn't have sexual fame either, i saw option for npc comment in the mcm but i can't disable them, how can i do that pls? I felt very annoyed when I saw my submissive pc saying "it can't be true" "this can't be happening" and "No my face" something something. My experience was completely ruined.

Whocaressz Posted April 6 Posted April 6 I hit the point again when i can no longer proceed further in this game. Game works only on older saves to certain point but won't save my progress anymore. Everytime i load game all quest characters dissapears leaves me nothing than empty sorrow. I had this bug earlier and now it seem to be coming back and it really sucks.

Lots of mods tbh but pretty stable game but it's probably a blame. The issue started to happen after i was ordered to bring ivana dad ramon message. While it said he was supposed to be in dragon's reach but it wasn't. Then another save i was able to meet ramon and slave master wife who had slavered him to his pet at horse stable. I could probably play this as long as i don't load the game but mod is kinda long so it's kinda frustating problem. I can't even cheat and skip quests because it brokes the mod and it stop functioning. The another weird issue is that this mod randomly spawns random creatures and spiders attacking on me even inside houses.

Solved it. analysed script files with hex editor and apparently this mod have build in safe mechanism anything that goes over 253 plugin causing mod to freak out and it shut downs entire mod from functioning fluently. Script start alarming freaking out even if there is space for 3 plugin slots free in the esp limit. It's very ancient tech but it is what it is. 1
aslab Posted April 9 Posted April 9 (edited) I haven’t played the new version yet, so excuse me if my comment makes no sense. I’ve read through the posts and thought I’ll share a suggestion. If playing as a slaver, and the slaver fails a quest, then Bellamy should not accept a failure. Basically, in addition to the already implemented random punishments, the PC would be sent back to the hold this time accompanied with a male slaver and have to act the part of the slave in order to get a hold to agree. If the PC refuses this task, they will lose their role as a slaver and can only regain the slaver role if they’re willing to recapture the hold.  Regarding the ability of a female slaver being able to get raped, should be dependent on a vulnerability status. If she is wearing armor, armed, and has no lewd repetition, then the chances of getting raped is slim to none, as this gives her a 3+ score in resistance. The lower her resistance score the more likely guards and other male slavers will try to manipulate her. With a 3- score, no matter what her current status is they will constantly be trying to rape her.  A slaver with a negative score may still be able to resist if they have the correct paperwork but risk getting the paperwork stolen from them if the male is determined enough. But even a 3+ slaver may get put into tricky situations, say find herself in the room were 10 other males try to coarse her into submitting. They may start simple like forcing her to put on slightly more lewd clothing, or a collar, or may be a little more demanding especially if she already has some sort of repetition. she can resist, but may have to fight her way out and if lost she may find herself in a worse situation.  Some items will give a positive score and other items will give a negative score. Standard clothing may be neutral but lewd clothing or not wearing clothing will give a negative score. Armor and weapons each can give a positive 1. One’s sexual fame or their current status can also affect the score. Being a slaver may give them a positive score while being free will just be neutral. Wearing restrictive devices may be a -2 or -3, depending how restrictive the devices are. Like this if the female slaver finds herself locked up through dungeon crawling or other means, she still can be taken advantage of due to her vulnerability.  There could be another mechanism in play as well which is an arousal-based system, where if the PC reaches certain arousal levels, then some defiant options may not be available. Which may leave the PC in a particular situation if approached while aroused. So, the PC will have to watch their arousal and make sure that if their arousal is getting over a threshold, they must find a safe non-submissive way to satisfy the arousal or risk having no option but to submit when approached.  Finally, regarding how much of Skyrim is overtaken by slavery can be dynamic where the hold quest may only play through once, but there should probably be some kind of dynamic interplay where towns can swing one way or the other back and forth to see which force wins Skyrim as a whole, but each town can only be part of the swing after they were contacted by the slaver Guild. Or others may prefer to be able to set preventative measures where one can take a defensive role and prevent towns from being infiltrated.  Overall this mod was one of the most promising mods before and it still looks promising, Keep up the good work, and I hope to try playing this mod at a latter time.   Edited April 9 by aslab 1

Is this just place there for future development and was kind of abandon or should I be able to actually train my slaves as male slaver?Â

Enabling player to move going to mid arena and triggering any sex lab scene (masturbate) seem to un jam it and the opponents come out. If you are talking to him and the lever option when you go into door to area is NOT triggering however then the quest did not launch at all  reloading may help its also possible your save file is fucked up lol I find with arena that happens I always keep a spare save BEFORE starting arena crap in case it gets wonky  1
belegost Posted April 13 Posted April 13 How does abolitionist path work? I set the slavery to auto-progress and about half of the cities are enslaved right now. My character is a free woman, she has 2/20 of working against Pike which I got during the starting questline for selecting certain dialogue options, but I can't seem to find a way to progress with anti-slavery. Do I need to join Pike or get enslaved first?

Do I need to join Pike or get enslaved first? abolitionism starts automatically when you fail a number of quest or have revolution points by working in the quests against slavery  or you might talk with the "strongest female fighter" in Whiterun 😉 Spoiler Aela the Huntress  Â

I assume that I need to join the slavers, whether by choice or by "force", is that correct?  If I don't want to join them one way or another, I assume the only option left is what you said at the end, right?  EDIT: I talked to this individual, seems like there's no way to it without joining. I was hoping for a third way. The only condition with that strong woman is that slv_mainquest is stage 1150 which will be reached when you are working for Pike, it doesn't matter as slave, free or slaver  I changed it now a little bit for V5.1 that stage must be > 250 (which is after bellamy at the gates) and <= 1150 (working for Pike)  Oh, and 5.1 will be coming within the next 2 weeks 😉 5

The latter is obviously much less desirable as I finally got rid of the crashing issue I had, so I would ideally try to avoid that if possible.  If it can't be fixed using console commands, would it be possible to add an option to the Problems section in the MCM that allows us to restart the arena quest line (to whatever degree necessary)?  Something else I've noticed is that I sometimes have to open and close the console to make a scene progress. Not sure what that's about. I haven't really noticed it in other mods, but I can't say for sure that it exclusively affects your mod. Any ideas? Edited April 15 by krafs

Kenjoki Posted April 19 Author Posted April 19 new version 5.1 uploaded 😉   see the changelog Changelog V5.1 - added a village quest for Dragon Bridge - added a village quest for Karthwasten - added a SLV_WhiteWedding4 quest to continue your family story (SLV_WhiteWedding5 will be in the next release) - tested and changed a little bit the city slavery quests (Riverwood, Dawnstar, Riften, Solitude, Markarth) - tested city slavery quest for Windhelm and pushed it to Release 5.2 as it will be changed a bit more 😉 - implemented the free city for Riften and Markarth - added some options/variants in the prequest to get some little surprises - added as a big reward, a horse and the 5 possible player houses (if the city is enslaved) - some Slaverun NPC suddenly got a trainer licence and can train your skills - added a quest based new 'package' logic for NPC to follow you (can be also used in MCM cheats tab)   this new logic is currently only used in < 5% or the quests (will be 100% in rel 5.2)   6
