Are you actually having an issue with the SLV_MarkarthDibellaSlaves quest not starting properly?  Did SLV_MarkarthOrcSmith work correctly when you reached that part of the SLV_MarkarthSlavery quest?  Right now the only bug that I can see (without actually testing in-game) is a typo.

There's no quest marker. I've already edited the description in SSEdit, but it hasn't affected the quest menu. The quest won't even start through the console. I even tried to display a separate dialog using prid and "say" topicID.

I'm not too lazy, I'd fix it myself, but after spending two hours yesterday, I still couldn't figure out where the error was. Everything looks fine.

fuck me! I don't understand a damn thing, everything worked now, I just activated the quest through the console and the dialogue appeared...

 

I just reloaded the autosave 2 times, but damn, that's bullshit, I did exactly the same thing yesterday! 

The first thing you do when there's no dialogue is restart. But yesterday, this stupid game didn't give a shit.

So I'm playing with the latest version of Skyrim SE and the game crashes whenever I try to start/ load a save. I can't use the linked crash fixes mod since it's for LE. What might be going wrong/ how to fix?

I suspect that this is where the problem lies. The parsing differs from one mod manager to another. I have not heard of anyone else having this problem, and as far as I know, most people use Vortex or MO2, so the problem probably lies in how Wrye Bash parses the XML file.

Sounds like an encoding error guys.  Line 1 col 38 is basically the very beginning of the file, likely a formatting character like { or one of the escape characters like &amp3C, either way I would bet that you encountered a bit error when downloading the mod archive which accidentally tagged the FOMOD as UTF-16 instead of UTF-8.  There should be no good reason why it would default to UTF-16, and no reason why Kenjoki would encode it that way intentionally either.

Just found this weeks after I installed 3.0 Beta version by Kenjoka.

I have a few question to ask you guys.

How do I upgrade it to the latest version? Just overwrite it or open a new save?

And I have installed Slaverun Enforcer standalone made by kaxat. Is this mod compatible with Slaverun Reloaded V4+? Or similar contents are concluded so I don't even need it?

 

Edit: BTW, I also play prison overhaul. Is it compatible? I haven't seen any description about crime or prison in the mod page.

Use the new game. There are a lot of changes and there will be more over time.

Is Installing Amputator Framework LE instead of SE tweaked version correct?

FNIS shows warning message that its not compatible with SE.

I saw an old post in this topic in which Kenjoki said he used the old one, but I'm not sure whether he changed to the new one after he requested for the mod page of it.

Well, T-posing is an animation issue.  The mod (which is quite old) may not be compatible with Pandora.

but in theory, I guess you could Re install the mod, and go into the MCM and click End Slavery, another way could be is to enable cheats in MCM then talk to Jarl Balgruff and click end slavery cheat, then maybe wait 1-3 in game days, then uninstall it.

Does anyone happen to have a guide or somesuch available for the quests?

Just got enslaved after talking to the dude in the inn at Riverwood and after getting autowalked out the Whiterun gate I'm not sure what to do anymore.
There's some animals, a slave and a slaver but talking to them doesn't seem to advance the quest.

Everytime a scene is supposed to start like whipping a slave, my character gets stuck and no animation happens. Does anyone know what's wrong?

check under problems and make sure whipping is turned on. You can turn it off and they just stand there all weird like
