Kinky Player Homes

The goal of this mod is to add some kinky furniture to the city houses while keeping their original vibe.

 

The main file contains framed wall pictures. All of them are edited for a more lore friendly look (reduced saturation and a fabric painting filter).

 

All plugins are ESL flagged. The houses are separate files in case you don't want them all for whatever reason, but all of them depend on the main file "KinkyPlayerHomes".

 

Requirements for each house vary so they are listed in the respective section of the post.

 

Most hunting trophies are removed because dead animals looking at me is creepy. No i'm not vegan i just think it's creepy. Comming to think of it i got something to say to everyone that thinks all the beast mods are morally wrong... do you think an animal would rather recieve a bj or getting killed and having it's head hung on a wall as a trophy? (Yes i'm fully aware it's just pixel and they don't give a shit either way)

- Maybe some extra houses if i'm in the mood and got time... no promises.

Is there a chance to get a version without that Futa stuff? I respect everyone who likes that but I am not really a fan of something like that. 

 

But I like basicly the Idea to have some BDSM stuff in my homes.

All the pictures and the 3 houses was like 15 hours of work during the last 3 days and the mod isn't even finished with the missing ones in Riften and Markarth yet. In general i'm making mods for my own use (pretty sure everyone does) and sharing them here... i'm not getting paid or anything so why would i spend another 15 hours making a extra version i'm not using?

Looking at all the sims mods in your signature i think you're creative enough to make stuff? That kinda sounds like "I respect that but you're supposed to make what the majority of people including me likes first"

 

 

Looking at all the sims mods in your signature i think you're creative enough to make stuff? A mod like this one isn't really difficult to make it was just time consuming especially all the picture edits. All you need is the Creation Kit and maybe xEdit. You can take my plugins as a blueprint... or better yet you can even use the main file as master and replace the pics in the textures folder. As for TRX's statues there's non futa versions for some of them.

I meant the statues only as TRX does have non-futa versions.  This is mainly because I have the non-futa version of some of these statues, the idea would be if your mod references the Futa Statues specifially for can those be replaced with the non-futa ones.

Absolutely possible. I'm just currently working on Honeyside and Vlindrel Hall to complete the mod and i don't have time nor any personal interest in checking what statues have non futa versions and replacing them. If you wanna do it it's not too difficult. Open the file in CK and remove the statues - save - use xEdit to remove the futa versions as master files - save - load the non futa ones in CK as masters - place your new statues - save.

The art is super easy to replace:
Open the provided art in the mod authors mod with paint.net (free app that allows you to edit DDS files). After opening find the art you want and paste over the file, save. Then it should be good. 

You can make custom art packs this way for more personalization on any other mod that adds images. I do the same thing but ironically in this case more femboi lol

The description does not make it quite clear, but I am guessing that we only need the meshes/textures from the various TRX files?  But we DO need the No Manequins ESP?

Yes, NoMannequins is a master. Without it some of the statues would stand inside them.

The TRX statues ESP's are masters too, if you don't want them i think you can install but deactivate them... not sure because i had them installed anyway. I can't just take meshes and textures from another mod and use / publish them in my own.

Uh... no.  That isn't how masters work.

 

I had a look at Breezehome, and it does indeed require "Enven Huntress" [sic] as a master.  As such, no interest:  I don't want all the extra statues floating around in the world.

 

Now if the master were removed as a requirement, that I'd be interested in:  I can kink up the homes and leave the outside world as it is.

You're right... i was answering from my phone real quick without giving it much thought...

 

I get your point but like i mentioned before i can't just take TRX's work and reupload it as my own without permission.

 

What you could do is using xEdit to remove the masters and download the meshes/textures, add them to statics in CK and re-place them in the houses. 

 

Or you can edit the statue files and remove them from the world.

FYI: it is possible to have a mod as a(n optional) requirement and not as a master. I added items (from DM3) through a script conditionally (at the x, y, z of an xmarkerheading), but with a mod like yours that would make positional testing very time consuming, unless there's an easier way to do it than trial and error.

 

Edit: I like your edits by the way, I can see the time that has gone into it! Everything blending in a lore/time sense is very nice.

Yes a script for something like this wouldn't make much sense, i've used some for an obvlivion mod and i'm not too great at it either, the easier way would be adding the meshes and textures directly and add statics in the CK but i really don't like to do that without permission of the original author.

I wasn't sure if i should have added more ZaZ stuff but then again didn't want to overdo it so it still looks like a home rather than a mere torture chamber 😆

For sure, is easy to overdo it. I like not too many and the vanilla house decorations are not sparse already, at least in somewhere like Breezehome.

 

For your own house it would be easier to fit more in, I guess, 'cos can design the house with this in mind 👻

Yeah Breezehome is stacked, i even removed some stuff to make room for the xcross and cage.

You mean the buildable ones? I'm not sure i want to mess with them... was enough work already. If i want some extra stuff in there i'll probably just download some furniture spawner/placer mod.

I didn't change much in Breezehome and Honeyside because they are small anyway. The intention was never to remove too much of the original furniture but to add some little details here and there. I'm on my phone right now, if i remember correctly Honeyside has 5-6 paintings, 2-3 of TRX statues and 1-2 ZAZ items. Like i said in a previous comment i still wanted the houses to look like homes rather than pure torture chambers.

sadly, no change.

what should i be looking at?

i dont use any other house mods that could overwrite the changes

ZAZ and ZAP 8+ are installed as well as all the statues

in the their original places, the statues seem to be ok

I don't know what could be the issue, there are no other requirements than what i've listed (excluding the official DLC's)

What mod manager are you using? I don't know much about MO2 but Vortex sometimes fails to activate plugins... but since you're saying the paintings are showing but some other stuff isn't i don't think that's the problem and i don't really know what could be causing it.

this may seem curious but i see this banner (Honeyside) even if the mods are turned off, and it's not from the mod. i wonder where did it came from  ok it's from futa banners but deleting futa banners does no effect

Check if the mod is enabled and click deploy mods... but since you said the paintings are there but no statues and ZAZ stuff it doesn't sound like that's the problem.

Yes it's from the Futa Banners mod, it changes all the edited banners everywhere including Honeyside. If you remove it trough Vortex make sure to check the "delete archive" box.

 

Or do you mean it has no effect on the Kinky Player Homes mod? Because that's normal, they are separate mods. Some banners just happen to be in Honeyside.

 

If the requirements (statues and ZAZ) are installed correctly and working outside my mod i'm really clueless what could be causing your problem...
