Any mods for male nudity and penises? Erection soft, etc. Maybe a combination of the two. I am trying to find some but it seems it is not done yet.

not yet, only female and only topless so far.

Just for the record, I did see that Nexus is banning some nude modes for some unknown reason but then I read about all the big problem with a user, but here it is:

so it does break TOS even though paid mods are kinda bs

Yes they are being strict about permissions which is good.  so just limited Female mods so far, only male ones remove upper underwear and add muscles to Nord Male.

Though, it seems they're all replacers at the moment. Adding new model/animation seem to be a bit harder according to this thread

There's still things people are working out at the moment. It's exciting, but clearly modders need time.

What's really surprising is that Starfield saw similar mods much later and not as regularly, so it took a long time to get them. In Oblivion's case, it was the other way around, literally a couple of days.
