New to Modding, Need Lewd Mods for Skyrim SE (Pls Help)

Hi, I'm mostly new at modding and am looking to enhance my Skyrim experience.
My questions are what up to date mods do I need to fit my desired skyrim?
I'm looking for mods that allow me to enable sex in my game, with humanoid races and sex with animals as well as genital mods.
What are all of the mods that I would need to achieve this and how would I go about installing them?
I'm running the most up to date version of Skyrim on Steam. I've had a bit of experience with mods and Vortex but other than that I have no idea what I'm doing and would like to get into finally lewd modding skyrim.
All my previous efforts ended in errors so I want to make sure I am able to get the most compatible and up to date mods for everything to run smoothly. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Sorry if any of this was hard to read.

Start with Sexlab and SLAL to add animations, for starters Billyy has a lot of great Animation Packs and obviously all the requirements like FNIS etc etc. To make sure everything works don't rush things and avoid installing 50 mods and then wondering why you run into issues, instal one at a time and let it load, check the MCM, set everything how you want it and test it. Same goes for Sexlab and animations. You get a spell to test animations with any npc. When everything works you can check for more mods. Since you want beast stuff check More Nasty Critters that gives you a base for it. Use a mod manager and make sure you read instructions and requirements for every mod carefully and make sure you don't miss, overlook or forget anything and you'll be golden. The Sexlab page gives you instructions and a good idea how to start. As for genitals you will want a body replacer like CBBE for female (i recommend getting CBBE 3BA too) and HIMBO for male, and of course SOS. The most important thing is to be careful about instructions and requirements and always running FNIS when you instal anything that adds new animations.

Yeah, that's the real question here. There's tons of mods that meet your needs, but having an up-to-date and stable Skyrim is a lot more important. Can't have your game crash in the middle of your goon session lmao

Pandora is newer and you should use it instead of FNIS if possible. They basically do the same thing, but Pandora is significantly faster. I have no idea if it works with creature stuff, I don't use those mods so I can't help you there. Since you want both creature and humanoid animations, you should probably stick with Sexlab and the Sexlab P+ patch. Pretty sure that's what people use nowadays, I don't really use Sexlab anymore so I'm not 100% sure lol. OStim is great, but I think it only works with humanoids so it's not really what you're looking for. I mean they're not incompatible, you could technically just use Sexlab for creatures and OStim for everything else if you really wanted to.

Body mod wise, BHUNP or 3BA are probably the most popular for ladies. The only real option you have that doesn't require a ton of work for dudes is TNG with HIMBO. TNG is like SOS but it's newer and runs a lot better, you really should use it unless you're forced to use SOS for some reason. Body textures are super important as well, without them your characters will be super gross. I recommend mods like BNP Male/BNP Female or Lovergirl/Loverboy since they have versions for both male & female meshes so you won't have any super jarring differences. I can go into this a lot more if you're willing to put in the time for body mods that require more effort, but for the most part the mods I suggested are the way to go.

Edit to clarify: The process of using Pandora (I.E Clicking the run button lol) is faster than it is with FNIS. I didn't mean it makes your game run faster or anything lol, that'd be amazing though! Sexlab P+ is a general performance patch for Sexlab that (to my knowledge obviously) doesn't conflict with creature mods. I'm not recommending other male body mods (Dizona, SAM, etc) because they're less-common and require you to learn how to patch and refit things yourself, which requires a lot of work. I recommended TNG because it claims to be a basically script-less improvement of SOS, and is "up-to-date" like OP wanted. As a bonus it also has lots of documentation about making patches on the modpage, so it's easy to fix things on your own if you ever need to patch something yourself. By "jarring" differences with textures I simply meant that the textures I linked are stylistically cohesive because they were made to work together, not that the male textures apply to the female mesh lol. The male & female meshes have completely different UV's, please do not use male textures on the female mesh unless you know what you're doing. If you're curious about anything else (I.E patching & making refits for different male body mods, altering textures to make them less "jarring" lol, or even something I didn't specifically mention here) feel free to DM me so I don't clog the thread. I'm sorry my initial wording was confusing, I was tired and it shows lol

This is utter nonsense.

Just because something is newer does not mean it is better. Pandora is good but it is still in beta; FNIS is also good and has been the finished article for years.

Pandora reads the animations faster than FNIS but that does not make it faster in any sort of meaningful way.

Pandora does work with creatures.

If you do not use creature animations then you shouldn't be giving 'advice'. SexLab P+ is unnecessary for creature animations. SexLab and FNIS or SexLab and Pandora will both get you humanoid and creature animations.

SOS doesn't require 'a ton of work'.

Again, just because it is newer doesn't mean it is better. In what way does TNG 'run' a lot better?

What 'super jarring differences' are you talking about? The male texture has no effect on the females and vice versa.

100% agree, never used anything other than FNIS and never had any issue ever.

Also 100% agree plus a lot of mods are made speciffically with SOS in mind, TNG seems more like a downgrade and a new way to run into issues and incompatibility.

I use TNG (and Pandora) and have never really had any problems with it. It does what I need it to do which is good enough for me.

So I'm taking my time reading through some of the instructions for some of the mods you guys have been suggesting. My current question is, what mod organizer is better overall? Mod Organizer 2 or Vortex? If any of you have any experience on them and can tell me the differences it would be helpful though I assume it's just a matter of preference. I only have experience with Vortex but from my understanding Mod Organizer 2 might be better to use.

Pretty sure it is a matter of preference... a lot of people say MO2 is better, i couldn't even tell since i've always been using Vortex.

I'm usualy the "never change a running system" type... don't see a reason to replace what isn't broken.

I'm pretty sure I am using the proper SKSE4 version (2.2.6) and SexLab Framework verison (v.166b) so I don't know what's the issue.

I agree but I built my first SE game last year after years of LE so I decided to give the new mods a go.

Both of these depend on what version of SE/AE you are running. You need to find the version number of the SE exe and use the correct version of SKSE and SLF for that version.

This explained in the guides I gave links to.

Fair enough... i've been on SE for years now... actually never even played LE on PC, only on ps3 when it was relatively new.

I just realized something, could it be that I do not have the anniversary DLC? I was not aware that I had to actually buy it. I've been out of the loop with Skyrim and its news.

Right click your SkyrimSE.exe and check what version it is. 1.6.1170 is AE and i'm pretty sure that's what you have. Old SE would be 1.5.97

So did I.

You do not appear to have Address Library installed and that is required by SLF. The error message is also complaining and PapyrusUtil.dll and SexLabUtil.dll.

I can't be sure but you appear to be using XPMSE and not XPMSSE.

You really should follow the guide it will save you from much future grief.

Yea I downloaded AL after I took the screenshot lol. I did have XPMSE instead of XPMSSE. When installing XPMSSE do I one of the options or do I just leave it at none?

Yeah that's AE and requires the SKSE i pointed out in my screenshot earlier. I checked your MO2 screenshot again and to me it sounds like there is no issue with SKSE but with Papyrus and Sexlab so you might wanna check if you got the newest versions of these and all the requirements... if that doesn't solve it since i'm using Vortex it might be better if a MO2 user is trying to help.

OK just realized my answer was late and Grey Cloud found the issue. !Always! make sure to install all requirements listed for any mod... it's a lot at first but missing one little thing can cause issues, andthe more mods you have the harder it will get to find out what's causing errors, so be careful about not missing anything.
