I have this exact sentiment. I want all the males to be completed, I really do. But I never thought that they would all be in.

I would absolutely love all the male gym leaders to be naked, for instance, but I do not think the thread wants Platinude's development to go on for a whole 'nother year.

You know what? I'll put it to a vote.

I can be swayed either way. I've loved working on this hack with y'all, so I would not be against working on it more.

In the bottom of my heart, I also want all the men edited. It feels more complete that way.

But, if the people want to move onto Heart Gold or Black, who am I to stop them? We can always come back to Platinude and add more men later.

(Aaron's battle sprites will still be added in regardless.)

Sorry, I just think it's best that I still need to ask in cases like this. I'm editing over someone's work with the chance of replacing their version after all, but I supposed it's just because of my politeness.

oh it’s just to define the muscles that he has, the sprites that we make aren’t really up to scale and will always looks different in the game

if we connects the lines there it would make the muscle stands out too much, so sometimes sprites does that to make it looks more natural in the game itself

Wait, what happened to the original "no new sprites for two weeks" goal? Personally, I think that would be better than either choice in the poll, especially since the patch is already getting preview releases every couple weeks, so what would be the fundamental difference with a proper release? It honestly kinda doesn't matter if development goes on for another year because if we want to play it now, we can; if we want to play it in a couple months, there will be an updated version for us to play. The only real thing a proper release would do is attract a wider audience, but that would happen regardless of when you release the patch, so it'd be better to make it the best, most complete patch that you (we) can before that happens.

 

If things die down before everyone's nude, then yeah, go ahead and assume that's it, but don't give it a premature release while it's still actively getting contributions.
