I guess I'll make one more set of updates to fix this. I also realized today that I forgot to make a custom intro where I show up, which I've done for previous projects. So, that'll be coming soon! Not tomorrow, though. I'm gonna be pretty busy with Deltarune for a while. Maybe next week! Then Fire Red and Leaf Green will be fully complete. 1

I did notice though that upon trying to use a TM from the TM case I just get a black screen I can’t get out of (though the bgm continues to play). Could this be a universal issue or is it maybe just the emulator I’m using?

(like the standard text-edited one) If that's the case, it may be an emulator issue. I'll keep this in mind when I do the next update.

I’ll go ahead and try out the other versions and see if the issue happens there as well. I also noticed that there are some sprites in the fame checker that show as their original versions. The gym leader ones appear edited as they do in-game but the non battle ones such as Professor Oak, Daisy, and Bill appear to be normal (which is odd for the professor because his edited sprite appears in the intro when starting a new game). This is because Hex Maniac Advance, for some reason, doesn't natively support changing the VS Seeker sprites. So, I had to ask the Hex Maniac Advance discord for the sprite locations for the four exclusive VS Seeker sprites, and they only gave me the locations for Fire Red since nobody works with Leaf Green. Believe me, if I could change them in Leaf Green, I would. But I don't have the info needed to do so. 1

Or even going commando Kinda like this from a animation i saw I feel like that goes too much against the nonsexual aspect of these mods, so there's a 0% chance one of the mods I manage would have that, but like I said, if a spriter wants to do that, they can. I just won't associate with the lewder ones or support them in my mods. 6

Following up on this, I was able to use the TM you get from Brock on the Fire Red fairy patch, so maybe it’s an issue for the Leaf Green one. But will keep an eye on it in case something triggers it later since I didn’t notice it till around vermilion city. 1

I applied the nude moemon fire red to fire red essence (a rom hack that added leaf green encounters to fire red) and the only thing that seemed wrong was that I couldn't make a new patch in hex maniac advance. So, the ROMs get a bit corrupted, but you can still manage to make the things you want. 1
