Imo this is still the modern house in Skyrim thus far; the new gym is an excellent addition and the accessories are a really nice touch to complete the feel (honestly would love to see a modern accessories pack). Just wanted to point out though, the corner pillars appear to be untextured purple. If I could add a suggestion, could the yoga mats be made interactable? Modern Scrolls has yoga/sports mats that randomly plays poses (push ups, hip lifts, etc.) when interacted with that could go nicely with the ones here. Regardless, my favorite Venus is very pleased to have a swanky new place to train and keep in shape. Thanks again and hope you have a wonderful holiday and New Year!

I am curious if the Pillars are still purple in v1.1.1 for you? I was notified earlier and quickly fixed up a version where the texture file path should be accurate. Please let me know if this fixes it for you. As for Modern Scrolls, there is a version up on Nexus, but the latest version is on a Mega link by the author in the comments (because of asset permissions I think). The one on Nexus should still have the yoga mat; it's referenced as "0dsyIdleSportMat" in Xedit. You can also "coc 0dsyHouseA1" to find it (and a working treadmill) in one of the rooms. I'm afraid I know far less about attaching animations, scripts, and whatnot than you do, but I hope this help even a little 😅 1

Using latest community shaders, something in the upper half part of the house make the pixel shader crash (maybe a material data issue). 1

DLC world maps and mod addon ones(DAC0DA, Vigilant) are working good.

This issue can be partly solved by putting LuxuryBeachVilla before FWMF, which still breaks fast travel restrictions.

When you load this mod with only the base game and update.esm, it has no conflicts. Same if you load it with the unoffical patch, no conflicts. Seems more like and issue with the flat map mod 1

All over the island the grass is floating Best guess is conflict with another mod at cell level or maybe some grass mod not compatible? I don't have any floating grass or plants issue with this mod at all. Try moving mod to bottom in MO2, start by temp disabling any grass or foliage related mods to see which one it is, maybe SFO Summer Edition or something like that but you will need to start disabling mods as test or use xedit to find conflict. 1
