so when I start mod manager it says I have a jcontainers plugin for LE even though I have the SE version of jcontainers and I also don't see any plugin for it just the mod read on some other thread someone mention making sure in the files it said jcontainers64.dll or something like that and it did and when I uninstall the mod it still says the same thing and when I load up the game anyways everyone's tposing I'm assuming jcontainers is why that's happening but I cant seem to find whatever jcontainers LE plugin it says I have

Jcontainers is here. It must match your game version (the specific version number is mentioned in each file). And no, your T-posing is very likely something else like using incompatible animation mods or forgetting to run FNIS/Nemesis/Pandora and not Jcontainers related.

ok I think I know what the t poising issue might be then but that's where I got jcontainers and in properties it says I have version 1.6 of Skyrim and that's what I downloaded not the gog version of 1.6 that's on there the one that says SE

ok i fixed it i just search jcontainers in my files and found a random one called jcontainers.dll and i deleted it i dont know where it was hiding but it was there now i no longer get the warning but it still says either the version is not compatable with creature framework or not installed at all im not sure if theres a specific version creature framework requiers or what

it just still says I'm either using the wrong version now or not installed at all and creature framework never mentioned any specific version I just downloaded the latest version of the SE one

You likely have another versionf of Jcontainers installed in your game/mod manager and it's overwriting the one you should be using. And I don't use MNC but it surely just requires a working JContainers for whatever game version you have.
