It’s the Tenakth Reaver outfit, with the hornycopter’s mod applied.

 

The body paint with the mod looks really nice, not a tattoo.

yes i do have the mod but the bodypaint doesnt look like that
mine looks like this

it seems that the bodypaint is somehow full body but in the mod its different

It is Tenakth Reaver but with another .stream file for bodypaint applied.

 

HC Aloy - Bodypaint Customizer  contains files for 4 other Bodypaints from different costumes.

 

Here is how i set them up in Modmanager for easy swapping:

 

• create 4 new folders in your horizon mods folder
• put one .stream file from Bodypaint - Default & Crotch Fix in each folder except 27_444DF000_texture.stream
• change all other filenames to 27_444DF000_texture.stream
• make sure they are at the end of the list in modmanager so they load after the costume mod

 

Enable one, pack mods and it should work.

 

I don’t remember the original name of the one from my screenshot though.
