Skyrim SE mod help

Hi, I’m pretty new on skyrim modding, I want to know if there is a order to download and install mod on the game. For example first of all the ussep then the sky ui ecc.. I need help because i have installed some mod before but I always have a CTD when I go to the thalmor ambascate or some time when i load a save. thank you for the help

There are countless guides all over the web. Modding Skyrim requires a lot of reading.

Just as @Grey Cloud said lot's of reading the fine details.  

What game Version, which Mod Manager, even smaller details like which body replacer, ie. CBBE 3ba,

Engine fixes parts 1 & 2, Microsoft VC Redistributable x64 & X86, are some important downloads not to be missed.

Also, a lot of trial and error. I have read a number of guides, but with how many different mods there are and every load order is different, restarting runs with a new load order or modified load order is common. Just getting used to Bodyslide took multiple restarts and fiddling with the LO. 

 

Best advice I can give, don't get discouraged. Start with minimal mods, have an Alternate Start mod to skip that damn wagon ride and know that the game will crash every now and then, even with a stable LO.

My advise: Make sure to pay attention to the "requirements", and avoid bulk mod installation
