AD and KAt have been busy irl, I haven't seen any major updates. I just came back from Poland, so I'll start working again either later today or tomorrow.  The mechanics are done. I'll be working with Winters on dialogue and story. For another question I saw earlier; AD and Kat have added an inn. I have expanded this into a fully functional working inn where the player character can work for a certain amount of days per week. Basically it's a very expanded task, where you actually do something instead of a skip time.

I want to post some pictures to show you what I mean, but LL is being diffcult in picture format so I have to do it external.
Some mechanics will be transported to the addon, to make certain stuff more interactive, such as cooking and many more.

The beating ends, I believe when the players stamina reaches about 0, so if you have a mod messing with stamina regen or smth, you might get stuck.

Ah sick, ok no worries obviously take ya time the inn sounds like such a good idea. I used to just skip time using the debug "place dirt" thing then sweep it to skip an hour, it'll be nice to have something to do between. Looking forward to the update, keep it up!

The MCM menu does not seem to be working for me. I dont see any wartimes or anything else in the MCM that relates to this mod.  The house is there the father and mother are there everything seems ready to go but I can't seem to start it.  I tried to use the old console command player.setstage.pchswartimes 100 but that will crash me to desktop every time.  Clearly, I am doing something wrong, but I haven't been able to work out what.  Any advice would be appreciated?

Do you have all the requirements?

If you don't have the MCM, a lot of the mod won't work anyways. This might be because you didn't use a new save game or don't have all the requirements. Check my post on page two for all links, might be on three. If you got all the hard requirements, make sure your load order has been updated, loot should do it correct.

I use this bed replacer so as not to get stuck in the frame causing tcl to get through...however the cum pool either goes between the sheets or under where it cannot be cleaned.

I use YPS fashion and have the box unchecked for DD, I still get devices put on, I read that the mod author wanted us to disable DD but YPS requires DD to be installed.

Too many mods rely on having DD so there needs to be a way to turn off that function in the MCM.

Father is not actually your father. He married your mother after the player was born. So his race will not change. We might look into mother's race, but that includes making a character for all possible races, if we do a proper model. In that case none of the characters would look wonky when you are playing, but that would mean finding and changing every check for dialogue and setting it up to allow for her 10+ version. We could make it so that the chosen race character mother is is filled in by an alias, but that's still a lot of work.

Otherwise I could just throw in a script that changes her race, but if mother race is changed, it will most likely mean that she will either take a vanilla model or that she looks like she just came out of hell. I'll see what I can do.

For the other issue, I can't promise anything for beds, in the new update a lot of interior stuff got changed, so it might not be an issue anymore. But it's impossible to account for every replacer, so most likely we won't do any major changes there.

Hi, here to report a few bugs with the newest version of wartimes.

1. When party guests demand sex from the player, but the player is pregnant by father and tells them to not use her pussy, the dialogue plays out as intended but no sexlab scene is played and therefore the party satisfaction doesnt increase. Tried this on several savefiles and wartimes loading at the end of my load order.

 

2. Father wont come outside when showing the MME pump outside the farm. The quest still works as intended and he will demand milk after the forcegreet. But the small dialogue he usually has with the player infront of the MME pump wont happen, since he is missing...

3. Cant talk to Hazeem after receiving the key for the farms house. Trespassing issue... have to manually make player holder of the cell to continue with jazeems quest.

I installed HIMBO and father now has neck/wrist seams :(

Remains after uninstalling HIMBO and reinstalling this mod. Anyone know how to fix this?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong because this mod seems to still work for other people, but my game crashes after I'm done naming my character if I have this mod and Sexlab framework enabled at the same time, if i disable either one it works fine though. I double checked and I'm using the correct version of the mod for my game version and have installed all the other required mods. Is anyone else having this issue?

Mods altering the skeletons of npcs, replaces objects and so on are not supported or issues that are a result of our development. I don't know how to fix it. You have to figure that out on your part. We use base npcs and try to edit them as little as possible, so it doesn't cause issues with replacement mods. I can't help you there.

That might be due to an mod conflict issue, wrong version or missing depedencie; I have made a post with most hard and soft requirements earlier in this thread. I think it might be page two or three. check it closely and read what it says. If you are still experiencing chrasing after this, I can look at your load order or installed mods.

1. that's most likely due to some missing conditions or misplaced. Will look into those!

 

2. Same as one, but I don't fully understand how pchs did the soft requirements to integrate with this mod yet, so it might be diffcult.

3. That's most likely because of the time of day. You have to go there during the day. Don't know the exact hours, but if the npc should be sleeping at least, he will try and kick you out.

 

I have added the first two to my bug list.

I do want to replace that bed with either a custom mesh, where I remove some of the cross bars, so you can get out or just replace it with one that don't have them at all. This is smth I have had issues with before.

So, the other guys on Discord are quite busy, but I took some time to have a small bugfix patch come out. Here are some changes.

I rewrote a couple of dialogue lines fully, don't expect a lot, just a dozen.
Changed the structure, spelling and capitilazation of around 2000 lines, to better fit with the world, better readable or just corrected. It does still work with the voice over mod, but content might differ a bit.
Changed some statics such as the noble bed, and moved others to avoid floating objects.
Added a few idles and expressions.

Tweeked some conditions a tiny bit, but those probably won't be noticable.

Added a few lines for yps that should give you a better idea where to look for fashion items or the solitude quest.

 

This cut my buglist from 500 items to 50, and some of those won't be addressed in the base mod. I'm currently working on this so tha base version is as stable a possible before we release the addon(s, perhaps...)


As I said, the other guys are pretty busy, so if someone is down to test, here is the current version. Mistakes that are very common in the previous versions where: I not being I. Stuff like Im instead of I'm and a weird order of words sometimes. Just let me know what task or part of the story you were at.

Thanks for this! Incorrect or awkward use of english (like adding "hahaha" as text) is something that instantly takes me out of the game and breaks the immersion/fun for me. It was/is one of my main worries with this continuation work.

I'm having some trouble getting this to work. I played through it a few months ago, haven't touched my modlist and now a fresh game just won't start. Crash on loading into the house every time. I am now getting a papyrus issue from the devious devices se mod now. Could that be the cause? I literally haven't done a thing since it was working to now.

Turns out my issue was Simply Knock and it's Fix. For whatever reason they were disabling my papyrus and it wouldn't allow anything to proceed. I just uninstalled those and everything works. However, when I get to the part where Father starts to ask for tension I do not have the dialogue option. Is there a known fix for this?

Both mother and father have black/dark brown faces when I tried this mod. Pretty sure this mod is the cause as well because I don't have this issue with the original mod standalone. I tried adding the  black face fix mod for SE but that made no difference. Also no difference if I run this mod standalone or as overwrite on the original. (Started a fresh save). Any thoughts on a solution?

Not yet, I have to update scripts for that. I'm currently working on the last dialogue fix, before moving to scripts. I just have to make a tiny change cause I made a mistake with my native language rules and English spelling rules, but after that.
