First post here. I spent 5 hours on that one so might as well share it. Aside from the KFT gag the restraints were handmade using bits of straight wire and wire coils from Sim Settlements 2 (lol), that I scaled and positioned in SAM.

Hey, sorry for the late answer. If you mean the fishnet sleeve then it’s « Gal Stocking Arms » from VTAW Wardrobe 9, with one of the « ripped » texture swaps (there should be two of them, I forgot which one I use).

I'd love to know where you found the parts for this outfit. Seems like some parts from vtaw collections, but I could be wrong. The helmet is one part that I definitely can't find.

not sure what npc replacer are showing, I have a few mixed together and when I checked, the mod page images aren't matching up

 

I guessing most of the npcs is LamaKreis work, along with keke-bu, but I got too many mods mixed together to be sure

 

+ the bodys are same all the same with small differences, I ended up using a single weight FG body because, for some reason, I was getting a lot really fat npcs if I enabled tri files.  Can't use body morphs....😢

The helmet is from Zackariahas's mod. Can't remember with one has this helmet, but all his mods are fascinating.
