Any advices regarding when to start this mod? Should I head straight for Goodneighbor?

Whenever you want, I'd say its best to start when you are in GN for the first time. Its also a good idea to only play on a save in which you didnt play any GN related Quests (The Cleaner, The Big Dig, SilverShroud), because my mod replaces them.

There seems to be so collision issues in Hancock's room with this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/83983), any known patch? The only collision I have seen are the added bed in the room.

No, this mod is incompatible. My Mod adds a bed and that one too. And it looks like the bed is placed where my mod has an important marker.

Would it be safe to add a mod such as "Nai's Goodneighbor Overhaul and Player Home" (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21556) regarding Goodneighbor itself? Does the path gets blocked for the quests? Or is it best to install it after I finish the mod's quests?

It is better to avoid any GN overhauls or additions when you play my mod, because they may lead to issues. Pathfinding can break etc. But it should be totally fine if you install them later, when you finished my mod.

Spoiler

Sorry for all the questions! 😅

No problem, but you could also use the edit function. I hope you have fun with my mod :)

Thanks for the answers! And I didn't know about the edit possibility, will keep it in mind for the future!

Also, I seem to have a problem running the animation with the bed during the quest The Date. I'm trying to understand what's wrong on my side and fix it. But, I'm bit confused. I've followed the AAF manual and all the prerequisites. I've attached a screenshot, if that can help pinpoint the problem and then find the solution.🤔

I've also tried some AAF console command recommended by the manual, as well as altering the time of the animation of Little Pawn in the MCM, but all without luck.
I've reinstall the theme pack cleanly in case, reloaded, left and re-entered the state house.

If you know what's causing this, this would help me a lot!🤗

With AAF Manual you mean that one?

Unfortunally I have no idea, whats causing your problem. I think your AAF Setup is not working by looking at the message on the right side of your screenshots. I have never seen this before.

I would try to reinstall AAF and its requirements as shown in the AAF Manual. Keep also in mind, that the manual might link to versions, which are not for the FO4 version your playing on. I think its for AE, so if you are on OG, you may need to adapt. Mainly stuff like Buffout, Adress Library and Looksmenu.

I did the latest update of FO4, how do I know if I have the anniversary version or not?

Then you should have version AE 1.11.240. I think you have two options:

-Stick with the new version and try to get everything compatible for that, including the most recent AAF.

-Or go for Version 1.10.163. This means installing also the newest AAF and look for the requirements at the AAF manual made for 1.10.163 (mainly buffout, looksmenu (v1-6-18) and adress library, but probably more) and use the simple downgrader + but follow the instructions here first (because you need to downgrade to 1.11.221 via steam, before the current version of the simple downgrader works).

I chose the latter a few weeks ago. Unfortunately Bethesdas updates didnt do anything good for mods recently.

because my mod replaces them

Could you give exact steps on how you did this? I was looking into this in the Creation Kit but couldn't make out how you replaced the vanilla quests. Do you need to create a new quest and disable the existing one to replace them or do you simply edit the existing ones and they get replaced when the ESPs override the master?

Also, the modifications I did for adding the money to the drifter has a pex file, but I will have to bundle it with the esp in my post. I was thinking to ask, can I make it it's own file as share it here on LL as a separate download? If I add anything new, it will go in that mod and it will depend on your mod anyway.

Ok, I've found out what was causing problem! It was the Sleep Intimate optional download for AAF. I've removed it and now everything works! 🥳

EDIT: After checking why this patch caused the problem, it was because the patch was made for AAF v3, and I have the latest AAF version.

It is not the best way, but I didnt have much knowledge when I made this. I just created a Quest "LP_FinalEnd" and added a condition (Quest "LP_FinalEnd" is at stage 1000) to the dialogues of vanilla quests, which would normally send you to Bobbi etc. This prevented them from starting. Today I would rather set them to a fitting end stage by script and/or simply stop them or something like that.

Some of these dialogues are in the DialogGoodneighbor Quest. You can easily identify them when you open my mod in FO4Edit and look under quests.

Feel free to post your Version as your own download at LL :)
