Looks like a QOS edit of Retracore's mod.
If you just want the mod it's based on, without the QOS part, i can share it.

From what I could find, it simply links a Discord account with an email and IP to prevent alts.

Might argue about privacy, but your device should be safe IF YOU DIDN'T CLICK THE FUCKING AD THAT SAYS "AUTHENTICATE HERE" And it's damn better than what the other ZZZ server asked for: an image with the modded game running and your UID in it.

yeah id appreciate it! thank you, shame i cant get the qos mod. The modder selling the qos version of it wants 15 bucks for it which is nuts. I think its BlightModds on his pixiv fanbox.

the mod wasn't working for me but i got it, turn out you left a manager ini in it so it weren't working, got it working now
