MorningStar действительно делает кое-что интересное. Они одними из первых внедрили метод загрузки текстур на основе замены слотов, ещё до того, как это стало модным, и используют множественную замену текстур внутри блока компонентов для управления текстурами для отдельных вызовов отрисовки. В теории это здорово как функция оптимизации, позволяющая совместно использовать текстуры между компонентами без дублирования пикселей и UV-пространства, но MorningStar не использует это для этой цели, поэтому в данном случае это совершенно бессмысленно.

 

Наряду с преимуществами, должны быть и недостатки, которые их компенсируют, и, конечно же, MorningStar входит в число МНОГИХ моддеров, которые не знают о существовании ошибок, и в число тех немногих, кто бездумно копирует и вставляет всякую ерунду из одного мода в другой, оставляя кучу мусора и делая мод нечитаемым до такой степени, что я просто каждый раз удаляю всё и начинаю с нового ini-файла — в итоге это просто ещё одна рутинная работа...

 

Я попытался перенести переключатель чулок из мода Yangyang, поскольку оба используют одну и ту же базовую модель тела, но MorningStar испортил некоторые UV-координаты, а некоторые UV-координаты для шеи взяты из области левого колена, поэтому наложение текстуры чулок создает очень заметные пятна на шее, которые исправить невозможно, поэтому я отказался от этой затеи после того, как потратил на это слишком много времени. 

Довольно утомительно заканчивать, но теперь у меня нет незавершенных дел, я могу собрать свой модпак Suisui и наконец-то отдохнуть по-настоящему.

 

Требуется RABBITFX  (мод и так был в нём, не вините меня).

Вверх - Хвостик

Вниз - Нижний

Слева - Верхняя часть 1 / Ремешки *

Правый рукав

 

Alt Up - Заколки для волос

Alt Down - Браслеты на лодыжки

Alt Left - Top 2*

Альтернативные правые - Браслеты

 

Ctrl Up - Цветок на юбке

Ctrl Down - Обувь

Ctrl Левая - Перчатки

Ctrl Right - Armband**

 

* Поскольку эти две части разделены и обе зависят от ремешков внизу, я объединил все три в два переключателя. Верхний переключатель 2 — это бинарный переключатель; если вы хотите также снять ремешки, дважды коснитесь Верхнего переключателя 1.

Возможно, я выложу один-два мода, если найду что-нибудь интересное, что захочу изменить, но не стоит на это рассчитывать.

Я уже ответил практически на все вопросы, касающиеся версии 3.5, с момента выхода патча, включая множество статей, объясняющих проблемы и способы их решения. Ссылки на них есть в моем FAQ , который находится в подписи КАЖДОГО моего сообщения. Если у вас есть хоть немного работающий мозг, вы, вероятно, сможете решить свои проблемы и с его помощью.

Если нет, то просмотрите мою историю сообщений , я ответил на миллиард вопросов по самым разным темам, связанным с 3.5, вы, вероятно, найдете что-нибудь полезное.

Did something happen to the "WuWa: The Safe Zone" server?

I was on the Discord as recently as yesterday, but when I went to check the modding chat today, the whole server had vanished. I know I don't interact much there, but I've been a member for a little over a year and used to post edits of mods I made. It struck me as odd that the server simply disappeared today, and the link that always worked before no longer lets me join.

I know I shouldn't be laughing, I just feel slightly vindicated knowing that my read was correct, this was an inevitability I wanted no part in. (I'm still salty at that one guy who fucking goaded me after I spent like 10 hours on my birthday cracking a mod only for him to be like "Actually we had it all along but just didn't share")

 

If you're looking for alternatives for Safezone, then Huihui and Kekehxl are the largest mod aggregators right now. Pawchive is an option as well as a kemono replacement, though it's still very much in the process of being built (missing quite a lot of creators).

I don't know how they compare to safezone, nor do I know if they relied on safezone for their archives, but if you only had safezone as your sole source for mods, then it's better to diversify since NOTHING is guaranteed to stay up forever. Lesson learned.

My issue with multiple accounts is just convenience for sharing purposes, like I could use my 2nd account to store mods, that still has space, but how do I present that? How do I do the split between the two accounts? Which mods go where? I'll be forced to make those decisions soon enough though, since I doubt deleting mods from my current archive would be a popular option.
