Okay I know I said I like Huiyoo mods, and I do, but I'm starting to get tired of them 'cus holy shit, who let this man cook?

For some bizarre reason, he re-did the way the textures load using a really shit attempt at porting RabbitFX detection over for some reason, like I get what he was going for, he wanted to mimic stable textures without a dependency on RabbitFX, I assume anyway, but his mod still HAS a dependency on RabbitFX so it just looks like he randomly ported across a bunch of useless detectors in order to setup a bunch of useless filter indexes that do nothing but waste performance 'cus character textures are already split per character.

 

Anyway, that was only the tip of the iceberg. In doing this stupid weird texture loading method, Huiyoo with his total lack of coding skills elected to just FILL the component blocks with repeated texture calls inside of if else centipedes that made reading the ini fucking impossible, so I had to spend like an hour just trying to decode what the fuck was even going on so I could break it down and rewrite it into something WAY more efficient, something I could actually do better than ever thanks to Spectrum introducing XOR officially into XXMI. I still don't fully get how pools work yet, which if they work the way I think, could make things even more efficient, but just having access to XOR can eliminate a lot of nested if else statements now that my conditions can be a lot smarter, so I was able to cut down the mess significantly.

 

As for the rest, well I had to redo all of the draw call reconstruction and the mod ended up with a billion toggles, it took like 4 hours to finish and I'm bloody exhausted despite it only being 1pm so... yeah...

Normally, I wouldn't have gone back to modify this mod again, especially after the previous Hiyuki mod I kept getting told to update over and over again, but I was asked VERY nicely so I figured "fine, why not." Do I regret it? Absolutely, that was SO much time I coulda put towards anything else, but a job is a job and I said I'd do it so here's the FINAL (I'm not doing this again) version of this Hiyuki mod.

This one below has been my favorite one so far. Its simple to use and you can have categories in categories all with previews including the mods. You can import your own tools like Wuwa mod fix to quickly repair one single mod, mods in a category, or all mods at once. Gamebanana integration. Edit toggle keys. And it will work with any game that uses 3DMigoto/XXMI

I tried adding my mod folders from JASM as linked folders. These mods were organized inside folders marked as “Disabled,” but after importing them, all of the preview images turned green.

Is this normal, or does it mean there is a problem with the mods or the folder setup?

Those mods will still be disabled in game, but the mod manager will only recognize it as disabled in the app if its "DISABLED " specifically with a space after. If it is something like "DISABLED_" then it will show the mod green as enabled. And it will automatically add "DISABLED " to the mod folder name once you disabled the mod in the manager.

Hello there. Does anyone know if there is a way to make the contour/outlines of any mod thicker? I have a few mods where the contour is barely visible, and I would like to make it thicker. Is there any script to do that? (I remember there was a phyton script to do it with Genshins mod but  is there one for wuwa?) Or maybe there is some ini file value that I could change? Ive been searching everywhere and even asked AI  but it gave some nonsense.

I usually use a preset that I feel gives a good look with slightly better performance and less ghosting.

But in moments like this, I feel that another, more aggressive preset does contribute quite a bit.

 

I'll leave a small comparison, arranged in groups of three.

I've seen a bunch of Chronopattern Cartethyias, but never found one with a transparent bodysuit. Is this a toggle, and can you send this version?

Every time I see one of those EnteleJiang mods, I'm like "This is probably crackable/interesting to modify," I take a look in the folder and I'm met with:
