I tried everything that "usually" fixes mods and when I didn't find anything I came here lul, so yeah the mod fixer does nothing in this case. I have no idea what it might be because another mod for (i think) the same guy still worked fine so idk what is it, hash issue? code issue? idk...

Hi, I need help to figure something out. When I launch wuwa through the wwmi launcher, my mods become flat to a singlular line when looking directly at them. But when viewed from the side the mod is applied. It's hilarious but I'm honestly trying to figure out why the injection method caused it. Linux system.

 

I've half given up at this point.

By surprisingly popular demand, remake of Sanguine petal using the new version. The body got updated to an actual nude body so there was decent enough justification to do this, plus the new shoes and the extra hair option. I'm not doing this again.

Don't let anyone tell you nonsense. The bug is known and can be caused by the following factors.

 

1. Keep graphics card drivers up to date.

2. Faulty mod.

3. You likely performed your WUWA update via the XXMI launcher.

4. Antivirus or firewall.

5. XXMI self

6. You can thank WUWA for that. The error keeps popping up because they disabled the protection program for it XD. Because of those evil modders... So the bug happens even without mods, etc. Speaking from experience here, too XD.

 

 

 

 

But the error usually comes from number 3.

For me, the bug was usually reduced after I ran the standard launcher once and installed all the updates.

It's important to check the box for DX11 there.

As soon as they patch it to DX12 and nothing work more^^.

Once you've done that, launch the game again via XXMI.

 

 

 

Unfortunately, many mods trigger issues like that too. That’s why the XXMI folks get so annoyed when you press them for details.

Some mod creators use their own custom assets, which leads to more errors.

Often, the mods Patron are poor quality. At least, that’s been my experience.

 

New or old graphics drivers can sometimes be the problem, too.

 

 

Sometimes, though, it’s caused by issues with the XXMI launcher. You just have to wait for an update. You’ll notice if that’s the cause, though, because things like LODs won’t work properly, or you’ll run into other major problems.

That sort of thing pops up quite often, too.

 

Go to the antivirus/firewall settings—depending on which version of Windows you are using—and add an exclusion for the XXMI folder (for example) so that it is no longer scanned.

 

 

The other bug currently coming from XXMI is that you have to launch WUWA twice before it actually runs XD

I just had this problem not saying this is what is causing the problem for you but if you have an nvidia card, try reverting all of the "driver settings" in the nvidia app( the one where you can manipulate which form of dlss override you are using) things like dlls override, fram gen, smooth motion etc were preventing xxmi from working for me.

rar always a paid software, but it only reminds you with pop ups every time. Their income comes from large enterprises, and every time someone buys a genuine version, they celebrate on X

Yeah, I have an Nvidia card, so I could give it a try, but like I said, it only happens on the first launch; the second time it works fine.

Much like Lucy, Rebecca's outfit is not that parts heavy, even less than Lucy has and so I couldn't actually fill out 28 keys. This is also the first time I've played with a Rebecca mod as well, she's exactly the same as Lucilla, so it looks like this is how they'll handle characters with "costume change" ult forms. I'm used to it at this point, but it sure does take fucking ages to handle any complicated mod to my standards, like this took around 3 hours to do and it's a mod series I'm VERY familiar with.
