Yeah, revert the changes and then update xxmi. It's allegedly working again out of the box. A lot of mods still broke because of hashes though.

Did you use the moonholder fix?

I gained a huge improvement in loading times by disabling Configure Game Settings which also disables the two options below it.

However, I can't say for sure whether this is the ideal setup for mod compatibility.

It works fine for me so far, but you'll need to test it yourself and see if all of your mods still function properly.

Updated the loading screen mod for the 3.4 update. Night City has been added. Also, I noticed some hashes were missing, so I included them this time too.

XXMI showed this, is it worth paying attention to?

Vex is still behind on the times and uses that shitty "inCommands" garbage which does this:

image.png.9a80976d9c7c64d959099995da9edb16.png

This stupid block runs the command "checktextureoverride" for the t0 slot on EVERY single shader passed within a frame which is needless overhead when you know the exact shader you need to activate, instead of that crap, it should be like this instead:

image.png.b1ef73a828619ebefacd2ca1b12af82e.png

This only runs "checktextureoverride" on the UI shader, that's 1 run instead of potentially over 100, it makes a difference.

If you wanna use Vex's loading screen mod, then you can just delete inCommands.ini and replace it with my ShaderOverrideUI ini which only activates the 2 main UI shaders and the portrait shader, those 3 cover all of the UI mods I've made/used.

For me, Mesh LOD -40 and a booster of 40.0 work fine. I've only got a Nivida 3060 RTX; at your setting, I'd be pushing the absolute limit. It's smarter to have some headroom than to risk a crash by running at 100%.

So, if you want to use something like this, please keep in mind that it puts a load on the VRMs.

You should run a tool that lets you monitor the readings—for example, on Windows 11,

use the Windows + G keys to pin the performance overlay, then check how hard it's working during heavy activity.

Hi Everyone! 😄I have a question. I read a few pages back about someone asking if there's script/add-on that allows people to edit created WuWa mods for just personal use. I'm also interested in this and I was able able to find it(or at least one of them) after searching a long time. Is it okay to share on here?  (I know obviously not on big modding sites/community)
