I tried to gather information and couldn't find anything. Sadly, I had to back up my files and completely format my PC to start from scratch. I'm not saying you should do the same; maybe you'll get lucky and solve it, but in my case, I wasn't so lucky and had to start all over again 😥. 1

zabuzaandhaku Posted January 12 Posted January 12 idk if this helps, but have you tried disabling rebar in your bios settings or clearing the shadercache? shader cache files are at \Wuthering Waves\Wuthering Waves Game\Client\Saved\PSO , backup that folder first to be safe, then delete the files in that folder and see if it helps.

fogado Posted January 12 Posted January 12 (edited) For people wondering, what the above procedure does is "save" the texture you've already loaded, so when you switch characters back and forth it prevents that ~1 sec delay to load their textures. Although keep in mind it might not work everywhere (especially in newer maps) AND it does increase VRAM usage. Other than that it's a harmless change. Just a basic rundown of the pros and cons before people here start spreading misinfo. They love to fearmonger about anything that edits engine.ini, even though XXMI itself does it too.
