Got the TV done. 540p 13 seconds with BC1 compression to save space.

The original animation was 4:3 so it had to be cut off to fit 16:9, this was the only 2d animation that was on theme that I could do that to and still have it look decent. I think it's fine.

Turns off with F6 like any other mod and Ctrl + R to reset it if it freezes.

Like before, I'm bad at texture edits so this is kinda copium, you can see the seams pretty clearly because I can't colour match and the lack of the mesh makes the textures look flat. It's better than literally nothing though.

 

Cloudy missing isn't a part of the mod, I just did that for the screenshots.

I'm gonna try to not burn myself out moving forward so while I might drop some modified mods every once in a while, along side my portraits and maybe some other UI related stuff, don't expect me to be on demand to try and crack stuff. I'm trying to return to a somewhat normal life after my hellish modding crunch after all.

Oh, sorry I forgot, I did look into it, the problem is parts of her hair are attached to her body mesh, so if you hide the body mesh it hides parts of her hair.  I did find a mod that has mesh seperated in the same way, but then the problem is the body texture has hair parts on it so you can have the textures for the body working correctly but the hair texture is a mess or the other way, hair fine, body a mess.  I think the only way is if the original modder creates the option.

This was the result of me messing with Textures, the original used a base body without erogenous zones, but since it's a standard base body, I was able to port the parts over from another mod.

IT IS NOT PARTICULARLY GOOD for 2 reasons. 1. The nipples don't have a mesh so while they're textured, the actual nipples don't exist and thus appear completely flat. 2. Colour matching is hard.

With the bits added, I did some draw toggle separation and called it a day.

 

Toggles:

 

Up - Flower earrings

Down - Shoes

Left - Chains

Right - Skirt

 

Alt Down - Thigh strap

Alt Left - Top

Alt Right - Bottom

 

Ctrl Left - Hands

Ctrl Right - Arm band

Which mods were you using for it? I couldn't find a mod where the hair accessories were drawn in the same components as the hair. Did you find one like that?

Honestly "doable" is kind of a stretch, this is a REALLY REALLY REALLY copium solution.

TLDR: Smashed 2 mods together. Neck looks bad. No hair accessories.

 

Long version:

Components 0 and 1 handle the hair and her height/face structure are the same as default, so I disabled all instances of resource calls leading to the hair in the Rabbit hole mod, then grabbed a default Camellya mod with the hair untouched that's also using Components 0 and 1 and disabled everything else inside of that mod. 

The Rabbit hole mod only loads components 2+, the hair donor mod only loads components 0 and 1 thus giving you default hair on the Rabbit hole mod, albeit with a lot of baggage.

 

The reason I call this EXTREMELY copium is because of the way the neck is drawn.

Since the hair is shorter in the Rabbit hole mod, a custom neck is used to compensate which overlaps with the default hair causing both clipping and a couple gaps.

The way to fix it is to alter the body draw call to simply not draw the neck in the Rabbit hole mod, then draw the neck using a default neck donor mod instead. The problem is that the Rabbit hole mod repeats the body draw call for every single variant as it uses a very dumb way of handling the toggles, in order for me to do this "neck transfer" I'd have to split at least 30 different draw calls into potentially many parts and even then, if I went through ALL of that work, there's a good chance that the default neck doesn't align properly since the body is custom as well.

 

Last problem is the hair accessories. In every mod I tested, the accessories call is associated with the body and the body Texture, it's not attached to component 0 or 1. That means that to load the hair accessories, I'd have to run a draw call in a component that overlaps with the active components in the Rabbit hole mod which causes the mod to break. The solution is finding a hair donor mod that also loads the accessories from component 0/1, which as far as I know doesn't exist.

 

THE RESULT is this:

Is it ideal? No.

Is it Camellya's default hair over the Rabbit hole mod? Technically yes and that's about as good as you're going to get without having to rebuild and re-export the mod in Blender.

It was the hair braid extensions that seemed to be the same component as the upper body, and the bunny girl body textures got messed up when I tried to display the braid extensions from the toggle mod.  I did like the bunny mod and was going to play around with it more but I got distracted.

The shocking thing is that this time it's basically every single character. Even the UI mods got hit. They changed damn near everything when normally it's only a handful of character hashes x.x
This will be a rough few weeks for modders.
