Some mods destroy performance, particularly some UI mods. Also some mods use very large texture files (like KanouSakura) that canaffect performance too. But most likely it's some bad or old mod.

Found the issue, it's something called Quark Local contrast. You can disable it and adjust your colors in game after.

I hope this guy keeps uploading. I LOVE the transparency on the jacket, it's baked in instead of using blend transparency so it looks a lot better, this mod on the whole just looks really good. Of course there was some toggle potential so I expanded the toggles and added the nips.

 

Toggles: 12

 

Up - Hair

Down - Shoes

Left - Top

Right - Bottom

 

Alt Up - Ears

Alt Down - Thighstraps

Alt Left - Jacket

Alt Right - Waist band

 

Ctrl Up - Glasses

Ctrl Down - Tail

Ctrl Left - Arm accessories

Ctrl Right - Neck accessories

 

 

I also got the Chisa OG/Bunny mega toggle mod, so I'll get to rewriting that and have that posted later today.

It really feels like in less than a week, Chisa got more mods than Galbrena got during her entire banner duration lmao, glad I got her for the mods at least.
