I changed how the animations are defined in 1.7, and I think WD was also messing with these files, so maybe the old ones from WD are taking effect, causing the issue, because the alignment settings are set in these files now.

You could try reinstall CBO Unofficial, I think it should be more like 4.0GB, not 4.15GB, but not 100% sure, so like remove the folder, and then extract out, could be some old files were left behind and are causing issues.

Otherwise can you share an error.log? There is a log folder next to the mod folder

Can you check that this file is around 92-95kb?

 

The only other mod that is messing with that file should be PA, but dont see that in your load order.

 

Maybe also try replace the barbershop extension? Dont remember if it also modified that file or not.

Can you try move CBO to the end of the load order?

my game seems to crush a lot with this mod on & after i deleted the folder, havent successfully open it yet, will try it later on.

I think PA is generally considered to be pretty bad for performance, especially late game, but it would mostly just slow your game down.

 

You can also try use only Base + Animation, but I think Mesh part of CBO mostly causes issues due to vRAM, and you should not have issues with that.

 

What FPS are you getting? Maybe you should just consider putting a FPS cap on CK3.

 

The only known issue I have for high gpu/cpu usage, is when you have some clothing items conflict, like trying to wear similar type of clothing at the same time, like 2 body armor, and that can for some reason start lowering your FPS the longer you look at it. (but based on your load order, that should not be an issue)

 

Thanks! I swapped the out of order ones and replaced the out of date one with the file you recommended. 

I don't think its related to VRAM at this point FPS wasn't the issue so much as i notice my computer heating up and it was stuttering a bit on fast forward. To me it seemed CPU related. Though I did lock my FPS to 60 and now my liquid temp on my CPU cooler doesn't go above 39C (it was hitting 41C before). I'll see if these changes have any impact. Other than that my load order is fine though right? I was struggling to figure out which versions of the CBO+EPE files i needed.

Hi, your load order seems fine after the changes I mentioned above.

 

If you have slowdowns at fast forward, then I would probably try check without PA, that mod is rather script heavy, it needs to keep track if things for all NPCs, and that can be quite heavy. (so it can slow down the higher speed settings)

Hi, I think the issue is, you didnt fully remove the old version, so you didnt delete the folder, before extracting out the new version.

I removed these 2 files in the new version as well, you can try remove them:

CBO Unofficial\gfx\portraits\trait_portrait_modifiers\99_carn_tits.txt

CBO Unofficial\gfx\portraits\trait_portrait_modifiers\99_penis.txt

 

So you should also remove these 2.

After updating the animations are broken, any idea what could be the cause? Everyone is t posing in carnal court while using their default pose in 2D carnalitas. I tried using the merged file version instead but still same problem

After some more testing, when disabling Physical attributes and statues CBO patch I can see 2D carnalitas scenes working, but unfortunately then carnal courts doesn't even open, you get a throne room full of people.

After recent (15 Mar) MB+ update it disabled "emotions"/portrait animation in Carnal Court event.

So animation is played, but without affecting facial expressions

 

Steps to reproduce:

1) Enable CFP, MB+, Carnalitas, CBO, MB+ CBO patch (1.1.7) 

2) Load into any Carnal Court scene

 

Btw, those animation are still available/viewable through Better Barbershop ("Poses" section)

Statues CBO patch, I doubt its related, since I still can't get carnal courts to work completely even after disabling auxiliary CBO mods.

Can you make sure you did a clean install? Some left over files from previous version could cause tposing.

So even with just carnalitas + CBO it happens?
