These are the files I edited to make the LOTR patch work but it would be the same for vanilla. Same thing for AGOT as well. It's just making sure that all courts are in there and that they have the CBO added line for each.

Thanks for your feedback. In my case though it turned out I just needed to update a few of the english localization files.
