Does it only happen on some positions? If not probably a load order or conflicting mod issue. If you're getting this scene you've avoided the current throne room bug that won't let you change rooms but something is messing with CBO here. What do you have on that changes carnal court or royal court or animations picked by CBO?

its just i got only cbo unoffical and  things that should not interact with it unless  its the crusader dongs mod but i got rid of that and still got this and i reinstlalled cbo and still got the bug  below is all the mods i have but im not using all of them this is the mod libery

Some mods can contaminate a save. If you leave all of them off (beside CBO which you don't have the animation and mesh files not sure if that's intentional with your other mods and might be your issue) and load some random ruler does it still happen?

I don't use Phaze so i'm not sure how that load order is supposed to go with CBO.

it was happning in new saves as well also i downlouded the whole mesh and stuff its just in one file

That screen is your total mods. Show your playset because that screenshot says CBO isn't in any playsets.

Usually gets updated a few times a year. It was last updated in May. If you're unable to use it on this version, check the previous page for some patches. Mine is working currently.

Anyone know of an alternative, up to date compatibility patch for this and EK2? The one in the list provided here hasn't been updated in almost exactly a year, and unless my load order is wrong or I'm missing a key mod somewhere (both of which are distinct possibilities, I make no claims at being a competent modder,) no longer functions. Anyone who can point me in the right direction, or maybe knows a workaround or can correct my mod list would be a hero, thank you. ❤️

I used this MOD fine last year, this time the [Court Carnal] interaction doesn't seem to work properly, you know the one where you can just interact and fuck anyone anytime?
It loads the throne room, but it's not like the one I remember from this mod, it's just a normal throne room instead of the bed, and my character is just sitting there on the throne naked, surrounded by courtiers, which shouldn't be there during this interaction either, while the selected sex partner isn't even appearing in the scene.
From what I remember, this interaction would show you the bed chamber with the two selected characters, and the sex animation would be playing, started lying down, then you can choose whichever positions you want. This time the options appear on the side as well, but clicking it doesn't change the character animation, it just sits there with glitched cock, though funnily enough I can see hear the audio playing correctly somehow. Anyway, how do I fix this?
Also side note, it seems like the Court Carnal interaction thing only appears if I disable the Carnalitas mod in the load order for some reason, because when they're both enabled together, this interaction completely disappeared from the Menu.
I only played the Vanilla one + CFP as well, and I even got the CBO + CFP patch
This is my typical load order:
CFP
Carnalitas (I disable this one because when enabled, the Carnarl Court loving making interaction do not appear in the Menu somehow)
CBO Unofficial (The one from the merged base + anim + mesh)
CFP CBO patch
Undress

Aside from the choice of throne, are the new DLCs worth it? My modded version 1.18 is stable, and i don't want to have any more problems with mods😗.

They (Paradox) introduced a new ability to select your own throne room, which altered this mod. To get the carnal court bed to appear, you need the newest version of CBO, and then in the throne room, select the bedroom you want. I think it's the last flag at the end of the bar on the top left. Click around; you'll find it.

I have not used this mod in a long time been using phazes body mod. But when I went to look for it I found a Chinese version instead which was confusing lol Getting this again for Elder Kings.

Go back to page 135 and install my court room patch. Should fix it till the mod gets updated.

Thanks - I tried out your patch [TEMP CBO Court Room Fix Aug26] and it still have the same issue as before. Do keep in mind that I do NOT have any of the DLCs, is it because of that?

Weird, where is it in the load order?  Hopefully its just that, the other possibility is I tested it on a western ruler not eastern so maybe it doesn't fix all courts. 

To be clear you need to load it after the CBO animation file or any other mods that change the CBO animation files for it to work. Instructions say below because in the PDX launcher lower down in the list is loaded last. 

Just drop it to last in your playset to make sure its not the order.

This is my load order now - only just 7 mods - Surprisingly, it works fine with just the [CBO Unofficial], though of course the CFP would have clipping issues with the clothes - The problems I got as previously shown are all when I include the [CFP CBO Patch] or when I do the AGOT playset with the [AGOT CBO patch]. 
So [CBO Unofficial] by itself works, but has clipping issues
But trying to fix the clipping, [CBO Unofficial] + [CFP CBO Patch] or [AGOT CBO patch] give me the problem of sitting naked in the throne room with no hoe

Also I tried the other configuration a well, swapping the load order position between the TEMP and the CFP CBO patch, that didn't work also

Yeah, you're missing two extra tabs up there. One of the tabs you don't have allows you to select any throne room and bedroom. It's probably down to no DLC, as you say. More than likely the Royal Court DLC.

"Carnalitas is a soft requirement, if you dont have carnalitas, you wont be able to trigger the sex scenes, but the mod should still work without carnalitas."

I think thats your issue. That or its a problem with my patch because I use the standalone base+animation+mesh layout and the files aren't the same between them and the combined file you're using. Try adding Carnalitas (goes above CBO in your load order).

Tabs to the left just to clarify. The buttons in the center are from debug mode.

Hello i have the same problem as Fluckerina well I have all 4 tabs but under throne rooms there is no bedroom also I installed your patch iamtheseb but the bug is still there

Let me disable the mod i'm working on and test my patch incase it only works on my load order. 

Step 1 should be making sure carnalitas comes before CBO not after.

@Chuma180 @Fluckerina Confirmed, patch is working on my load order. Though it does override the court style. I tested on both a western and eastern ruler and it sets the western bedroom but CBO needs an update for a more elegant solution IMO. 

Try getting the carnalitas and relevant patch (CFP, AGOT..etc) load order right per the file page and let me know if its still not working. If it still happens, go to your log folder in your documents -> delete all the log files (they regen when you launch the game) -> launch in debug mode (from the settings in the PDX launcher) -> recreate the issue ->wait a few in game days for the logs to settle -> close and then send me your new error + debug log files and I'll see if I can figure out what's going wrong.
