Loveternity Posted January 1, 2025 Posted January 1, 2025 (edited) Just thought I'd post a list of known issues again, been a while: 1) Avoid Edit Town between 6 and 7 AM on a Sunday. Doing so and returning to your active household is very likely to re-trigger the daytime event, and that's a problem for Simstagram/OnlySims quotas. 2) Fan Mail can still give nothing at all or "white cubes" (error objects). Likely caused either by missing store content or items that have code but haven't been finalized for one reason or another. *shrug* 3) Getting arrested may cause the automatic "go here" command to always walk, never run. I've seen that with the vanilla game too, not sure if that can be prevented. DebugEnabler has a "reset walk" option, use it if you encounter that. Resetting Sim also works. 4) Coca Seed/Leaf strings are vice versa and the leaf is missing an icon in inventory. I have posted how to fix that in this post. 5) Plant fertilizer strength shows as unlocalized string. Haven't found a way to get rid of it without making the plants usable as fertilizer. Giving them proper fertilizer values works. 6) OnlySims messages often have underscores in them because of emojis that can't display properly in game. Fix posted here. 7) Newborn Sims can select Drug Dealer/Arms Dealer/Big Shot Arms Dealer as traits. I advise against it for rather obvious reasons. 8. The muscular and natural bust reward traits don't check for ages. So if your naturally busty Sim has a female baby, expect the baby to have that reward trait because it's going to inherit the slider value even though it's not relevant until adolescence. Should be possible but that's up to @MonocoDoll, I don't know how difficult it would be to implement. Some reward traits from this mod can be selected on age-up and that is a bug, but this mod doesn't let toddlers/childers pick the flirty trait for example. 1

Loveternity Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Keep in mind that all seeds from the mod can be found in the wild. They won't be unknown either, if you mouse over them they will display specifically what seed they are (like how seeds from Supernatural are not unknown). So while drug dealers and the City Hall are the intended way of getting them, it's not the only way especially if you're familiar with where common seeds spawn in the world you're playing.

The one on MTS is outdated. 3) Place the Battery’s C# script utility mod in your overrides folder. Hi After testing it all out yesterday after updating C# The problem was solved. Honestly had no clue the update was on nexus pretty strange it's not on MTS. Thanks for letting me know. 2

Yeah, for some reason, Battery moved all their stuff off MTS. I assume there was some sort of drama, but don't know what it was, and don't really care that much anyway.

So I opened S3PE, saw roughly how it's done, gave it a go... and failed completely. xD Sorry! I'd ask MonocoDoll but it can wait, menstrual cycle mod is nearing completion. Loveternity Posted January 10, 2025 Posted January 10, 2025 The drugs of KW will simply coexist with the drugs from Ventures. Which is a bit immersion-breaking, but there's no conflict. There's even a little support for KW when it comes to Simstagram/OnlySims: if your Sim has either of the "everybody can see my butt/breasts" moodlets, that enables taking a nude photo. You can even flag outfits from KW debug to be totally revealing to get those moodlets while clothed. 1

In my latest game I also tried Simsta and OnlySims. - not a single crash yet - all other mods including KW and some nraas stuff still seem to be working Feedback: I took a long time to understand that one needs a Simstagram in order to achieve any progress on OnlySims, and only got it after reading the instruction PDF. Suggestion: Forbid users from creating Onlysims before creating Simsta, in order to prevent confusion like "I keep posting videos and photo and I always have 0 likes, the mod must be broken". I'd love for this mod to offer more integration with KW, like the bed woohoo selfie could be an Onlysims image, KW's incomplete photo career could end in a "now go on Onlysims" task (currently stuff just stops working and you get no more tasks); maybe Monocoll Vile selfies could also increase KW exhibition ... but I'm not a dev so I cannot beginn to guess what might go wrong if you try that (Onikikay is not known for writing easily readable or fixable code.) 3

It's up to @MonocoDoll, but in my opinion that's on the users for not reading the guides. Every time I use a mod with such readmes I skim them at first, get a rough understanding of how things work, then check them again when I want to look for something specific or if I suspect that something is bugged. Not impossible as evidenced by the nude photos recognizing KW moodlets, but still. Yup that is the memory error. And NRaas SP is quite heavy so it makes sense that getting rid of it helped in your case. I would try it on your new machine if I were you and keep in mind that its default settings are... less than ideal in my opinion. But the same can be said for KW. 1
