jc321 Posted April 24, 2024 Posted April 24, 2024 (edited) I can't get this version (and 0.114 in Discord) to work with VR. When I try and run Skyrim the SkyrimVR.exe will run but will never engage SteamVR or get to any loading screen. It doesn't get as far as engaging Papyrus logging although other logs in SKSE folder appear to be loading. I believe this uses an overlaymanager.dll and this appears to be loading (to some extent) attached. Has anyone else using VR managed to get this mod to work? Also does this mod do anything with regards to configuring skyrim in anyway as this is the second time (after installing) it's trashed my VR build (luckily I created a second profile this time) - Post removing I'm getting as as as (see papyrus log) before CTD'ing.. In my current playthrough with this mod enabled, the tats will lose their color when an equipping event for my character takes place. In most cases the color is re-applied immediately, but there are alot of cases where this doesn't work. A certainly easy workaround is simply manually triggering an equip event (e.g. glasses, slot 55 being unequipped and after equipping it again the color will be restored for all the tats). I mostly noticed this when multiple items were stripped at once but not exclusively, some examples: - PAF pee event which strips certain slots (defined in the MCM) - a small mod I created for myself adding hotkey to (temporarily) unequipp selected slots / only the head/torso/gloves/shoes slot. Here it also happens for only a single item being unequipped It might be related to the scripted equipping event, at least on a quick test I couldn't force it to happen. I just noticed that theres a slightly newer version available on your discord, so I'll update it anyway, but this was noticed on version 1.13. (At first glance it doesn't seem to be connected to me but maybe the newer version already helps this case) Ignore this. Apparently I already installed this version before but had overwritten the .13 version in MO2 without changing its name. I've gone though every troubleshooting procedure and probable solution I've been able to find and have not been able to get rid of them... they've persisted through many, many clean installs. However, they also don't seem to cause any overt problems - even with those warnings, I've never had issues with tattoo application/removal either manually or through mods which leverage SlaveTats. All my tattoo stuff has always worked fine. That said, I have no idea what the source of these warnings actually is and thus no idea if there's some kind of actually serious issue under the hood. -- On another note, this mod is a godsend. Thanks for creating it. Do you know of a way to at least suppress the message? I got this same issue on the regular slavetats, which is why I switched to this hoping it would resolve it. Additionally, this mod causes some massive log spam on its own.
