Superb job on the new body files and just in time too, as it seems modders on 'another' site are fast adapting armors and clothes to fit! Just curious though, is this a weighting issue or just a quick and dirty rig that needs serious tweaking? I know dreamtourist posted them, but you said the new weights would cause issues. Thanks! Have you tried Edoin's sexy walk? OMG I run around naked... oops walk...I walk, very slowly. Takes ages to get someplace and I get ambushed lots!

[/quote'] The armors I uploaded are just a split&rescale done in nifskope. We'll have to wait for proper blender modders, to make clothes that mold to the skin like Caliente's nocturnal.

A big challenge with doing that is the animation and armor-fitting factors also. We clearly have differing taste in bodies ... for instance, the shape you've shown doesn't appeal to me very much. (tall hips and broad/heavy shoulders). I also prefer thinner arms, about halfway between vanilla's lightest and heaviest. As far as the misplaced vertex goes, I'm afraid I couldn't follow your description... can you post a screenshot with it circled or something? The UV distortion with the vanilla mesh is a lot greater than mine, and additionally downplays the space allotted to the highest detail area. it is simply not designed for detailed bare breasts, and I've decided to move away from it. KGRam: nice pics! I use bella's too and am hoping to work on the transition on the neck. The vertexes continue to match up, as does face angles, so there's no reason why the seam cannot be completely vanished with careful texture and normal map work. Phygit: Thanks, I guess that's why I call it the Big Bottom Edition I've toyed with smaller rears, but I haven't hit a shape that I like yet. (too easy to fall into the masculine-hip look) Dreamtourist: thanks! wnxmegax : non-shaved versions of the texture are soon to be out, and various people on nexus seem to be approaching the problem themselves. abovewolf: Just dropping meshes on the body will work when they're standing still, but the vanilla weights will make armors clip into areas (mostly breasts). An individual modder who really doesn't want to re-weight armors they're porting could instead re-weight the body back to the vanilla weights (getting back the original distortion), since the body mesh portion isn't shared among armors in any way. Copying bone weights is a standard procedure from the old days though, so I imagine people will adopt the new weights I've seen the thread on the walk, and I'm looking forward to checking it out (If I ever stop modding and actually play the game!) Walk animations are a pet peeve of mine in games... especially bethsoft's. They're usually terrible. I've redone the walk cycles for every bethesda game I"ve ever played, and I'm excited to see that someone else may have done it for me this time! Isn't only a good thing to have the widest range of weight and size? There are 10 levels of weight currently in Skyrim, it's only logical that the body should then be A through J-cup. Also the respective lower body proportions.

The only problem is that there seems to be something odd with the mesh in the vulva region, since the seam there seems unfixable, even with a single solid color on the texture itself, the norm and sk. That and well, little seam gaps on the wrists and neck. Just tiny ones.

I'll keep it in mind as a potential variant tho [/quote'] That's fine. I didn't meant that it should look exactly like the original. What I meant was that originally the weight slider changes the body between slim and strong. So you can see that arms, legs and the waist get wider. The stronger body had bigger breasts mainly because the body has more flesh. But now the weight slider is only a breast and bottom slider. So the other parts of the body don't change. If it remains this and you convert the cloths all NPCs will have the same body build but there will be NPCs with big breasts and NPCs with small breasts. What I wanted to suggest is that the weight slider should change the other parts of the body the way that it resembles the original body. So you won't see that when you unequip your dress your arms will suddenly be wider or thinner and the breasts size would approximately remain the same size. I think that probably it would be the best to have the mod in two flavors: one that has normal (vanilla sized) breasts and one that has bigger breasts. That would result in 4 nif files and people could use either the normal, either the bigger version or they could combine the both to have a bigger scale of variations. This would work with the converted cloths, too.

I adapted the prisoner clothes to your body and it was a near perfect fit, except a bit more room was needed in the back and the chest, obviously. Otherwise, the boneweight script pulled it off perfectly, there isn't even clipping in a crouch...and her knees are showing because of holes in the pants....I was lazy and exported just the clothes then pasted them on your body! It's a truer test of clipping, though it eats frames to have the body under there for no reason. One anomoly though, for some reason when I copied the lightingshader from the body mod, it skinned my clothes with the femaleskin, even though I changed the texture values to prisoner. I then tried copying the shader from the original prisoner, and the texture was really dark...so I raised the specular all the way up...now my clothes are 'Tide with bleach' bright...where do you think I goofed? It's worth noting that the shader worked from the body nif, just was the wrong texture!

Still needs some improvement though -- feels a bit stiff and there's some skating going on. I'm super picky on walk animations... I almost always replace them in modded games myself But that one's a good start. Brokezor : Love the progress... looking really good! Watshisface: Sure thing, I shouldn't be making any changes that will require serious texture rework from now on tho... some seam type changes more than anything I'd say. Definitely planning on integrating that foot mesh as soon as i get a chance. Illuminati: A lot of people don't like the size of the standard CBBE maximum... its fairly unnaturally large... and to put the Superhuge version as the max would alienate a lot of people I think. Plus, NPCs seem to default to max weight, which means they'd all be running around huge (good for some people very bad for others ) Jariabila: the current slim model is about as small as I'm planning on going. They could be smaller, but doing such a thing is pretty low priority for me at this point, unfortunately. Xun: Glad you like the new version . There is a texture error in the crotch area, but once that's corrected I don't notice any seams down there. Rob0O: Additional optional files is probably the way to go, like you've mentioned, and arm/overall body scale is something that's been neglected in the versions available. What you're describing as your method to get shaders onto the new meshes is the one that's been working for me (just copy the shader from the working version of the nif into the newly created one) Haven't notice any discoloration Triratna: Interesting picture -- departs fairly significantly from my taste -- I'm getting "man with boobs" pretty strongly from it. But anyway, some very good detail and a cool design thanks for sharing Supajoe: Yep, he beat me to it. I'll probably still work on my own version just to say I did, but still based on phyget's nice foot mesh. Also gotta get those hands cleaned up soon! -- for those interested, I"ve updated my Nocturnal Dress for CBBE to be compatible with vesion 0.2 of CBBE... take a look

I'll post a comparison screenshot later on.
