Is this happening for anyone else or did I just download it wrong? They're a toxoid species, so you need the dlc to use them right now. Normally species that are in dlc classes (such as aquatics or toxoids) are still accessible from the "DLC Species" category in the empire creator, but I forgot to add the latex wolves there. I'll fix it in the next update.
Anotu Posted July 2 Posted July 2 Bug report, more specific this time. In the Vacuum Collapse System solar system initializer, a species is defined as using the portrait set "mol02", which is not the name of a portrait set and is causing them to spawn without portraits. The correct path is "moll02".

aikawar Posted July 4 Posted July 4 Hello, it seems like one of the files was missing when downloading the main mod.

I don't have a version labelled specifically for Stellaris 4.3, but VF 3.3.0 might work better on it than the current version. This is the link to my cloud archive for old VF versions. https://mega.nz/folder/bi5U3YYJ#Sy1GvQ6a2TVMu0zFNmQXBQ

Yes, it seems that I forgot to include the .mod file when zipping the mod. Sorry about that, I have reuploaded the zips with the .mod files included.

These species use base game classes such as mammalian so that no DLCs are required. By default these alternate versions are not used for random generation, but you can enable this feature by going into the file "Vanilla Framework\common\portrait_sets\_100_VF_DLC_sets.txt" and removing the species from the "non_randomized_portraits" lists.
theguywhodoesthingsiguess Posted July 13 Posted July 13 this mod causes an issue on the paradox launcher for me "playsets update failed: knex: Timeout acquiring a connection. The pool is probably full. Are you missing a .transaction(trx) call?" I have confirmed its this mod specifically that causes it. it only started after i downloaded the newest version today

How many mods do you have in your playset? Where are you seeing this error message, what are you trying to do when it comes up?

Its very weird
SexulPenut Posted July 26 Posted July 26 Is there any way to remove or replace packs or images on the User end without messing up the mod? Even if just duplicating packs I prefer to remove all of the AI images? Or an AI free version of the mod someone has made?

Go to "Vanilla Framework\common\portrait_sets", and modify the portrait sets from there. All you need to do is open a file in a text editor such as Notepad, and delete the lines that are marked as AI. There are currently AI based species in the mammalian and toxoid classes.

Ah, I wasn't sure what would happen if I messed with that kind of thing so I just went through replacing all of the images with other images in the set that I named the same thing lmao. Also there is a Humanoid AI one and the Infernal one is AI as well for the record
