Right now there is no way to turn off the Marks of Dibella after sex, but you can redeem the badges to the Sybill in exchange of skill points if that can help a little. I don't think this mod causes NPCs to become friendly after sex. SexLab Dialogues does.. but not Sisterhood. 1

The main quest seems to be working (as are the outfits) but the McMenu doesn't show up. I have had it at the top of my load order, the bottom (see spoiler below) and in-between (which is where LOOT wanted it). I have also tried Jaxonz MCM kicker without success. What do you mean by the work doesn't work? Are you seeing errors? missing dialogues? missing outfits?

If you are using Vortex or Mod Organizer, it can be easy to think a mod is installed when it is not. Are you seeing the mod in your Data folder?
