I've created a patch (esp) for PredatorRJ's "Horny Restraint (Free version)" mod to make it work with "Devious Devices SE". 
I've also created the gnd model and added the male equipment model (actually, I used the male straitjacket as a replacement...). 
Additionally, I adjusted the arm positions to match my expectations of their actual placement.

I think the problem is somewhere in the DD patch , I got the same problem like your , but when I install the outfit mod alone , it worked , I can find the outfit ingame now , but it doesnt have any connection to DD , sadly :x
