Is there a difference in skeletons between male and female in starfield? Or have then just gone for a good enough universal one?

I don't know - but before you even think about animations - you have to clarify how this "place" did it ... like in "Skyrim" or like in "Fallout 4" or unknown differently.

Because the ability to move for sex animations or similar "dirty stuff" is certainly not very high on their to-do list.
