Actually, it is just UNPB. The outfit is from a mod called UNPB 130 Clothing (I think that's the right one). The outfit itself gives that body shape, a slightly modified UNPB. Can be found in a barrel inside Breezehome, next to the entrance (I think to the right when you walk in). (old picture)
