Hmm just looked all over the googles for those pics and couldn't find them. Where did they come from? At first I thought maybe it was a new tera conversion but there seems to be way more detail kind of like the witcher armors. 

 

Rip from Black Desert Online.  I think only Koreans have done them atm.  Haven't had time to pick the client up and extract anything myself :-/

 

 

Nope, that is not from Black Desert. That is Leoni's armor from Bless Online, I am currently converting it for Oblivion. ;)

(shoulder guard is still buggy XD) I am working with the original mesh, so I had no idea there was a Skyrim version floating around xD Mine has a lot of edits as you can see.

 

Since it has obviously already been ported to Skyrim, search for Leoni or Bless Online stuff. And keep an eye on http://up.mnty.net/, the Oblivion comm is not completely dead yet ;)

Sorry for this stupid question but for a nob mod'er wanting to convert mods from fallout 3 and oblivion to skyrim

Which I know nothing about where could I get almost idiot like tutorials from.

Pretty sure that outfit is a mashup with Hotpants Bikini being the base. The jacket comes with it but the hat and backpack don't. Here's a link.
