When are the loading screens supposed to show up?
Seems to just be the vanilla ones for me.

They're random, and Vanilla has like 6-9, with each DLC adding 2 or 3. So with there being... 4 from RM2, might be a few tries before you see them. But it's not like you're playing on the loading screen, eh?

Do you know what the command to destroy the HoF title is in debug mode? I can't seem to find a reference to it.

Well I don't know about the HoF title specifically... most of the time I start as a Duchy so the HoF being Primary title means it's the highest title, so I would destroy that via character interaction. But if you have a Kingdom tier or higher... idk.
