I'm just not against extreme and vulgar in large numbers, I was completely pissed off by the production of dialogues there. We have such a saying: "Seven Fridays a week". That modder obviously has not 7, but all 47.

I'm sure you already know this but currently the first dream in Susannah's hovel is completely broken. I appear in some eldritch horror realm swimming above the surface of the water (that's got to be wrong). A door floats in the air above me - sometimes a flight of stairs is attached to it, sometimes not. Tentacles that don't quite attach to the water twist and gyrate slowly. Pieces of architecture project up from the water. Most are inaccessible. In a few places I can jump absurd distances upwards to reach some of these.

 

In the first of these instances I can find a locked door and a book which teleports me to another area (and lots of books that don't work). Many of the gates and archways are so small that a normal sized character cannot move through them (even when crouching) but I can squeeze around the edges of the archways if I need to. In the second area you've fixed the gap in the wall that allowed me to swim through behind the locked gates that do not open. There are no inhabitants here and the three gates are always closed. If I step back into the water and swim to the first area and teleport back a second time a large Deep One almost the size of a giant appears in the second area. It has no name on mouse over, cannot be spoken with, and is probably hard to kill. There is no interaction and the gates remain closed.

 

At the second point where I can climb out of the water a flight of steps leads to a locked gate beyond which are about 3 more deep ones. The gate, again, cannot be interacted with, and I can squeeze by onto the edge on the left (where there is another non functioning book portal). I can make it through gaps in the arches and walls past the deep ones into an arena like area where I can interact with two pods. One pod causes a bridge to unfurl leading to an area I could already walk to and the other causes a flight of stairs to appear leading back up to the ledge I dropped down from to get into this area in the first place. If I walk down to the bottom of this area a tentacle can strike me causing the character to enter a permanent stumble animation and be stuck, all controls disabled, and the only option is to reload a save or close the game.

 

Obviously this area is not working as intended (and hasn't really improved much during the last update or two). Is it possible that I'm missing some mod or resources which would cause this area to appear properly? The door floating above the entrance gives the impression that I'm supposed to appear in a chamber above the water and have access to that door. A woman called Hakluru is swimming (floating above the water) in the distance near the starting spot. I can swim to her and try to speak but there's no conversation. In the previous version of the mod (before the last update), if I swam through the hole in the wall/floor under the second area to get past the three non interaction-always closed gates, she would appear there for me but have no conversation then either.

 

Clearly something isn't working and has not worked for a long time. Perhaps a new game is required. This may be stuff baked into an old save from a previous version of the mod and starting all over again would be tedious to go through the entire investigation just to check this area. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It could be related to the prostitute quest line not being very developed. Maybe everyone doing the merchant version doesn't experience this problem anymore.

 

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I could have sworn I have all the required mods.

I don't understand about your second paragraph. What is the location ?

 

You're not supposed to go ito the water in ryelh, in any way. If you do, that's a problem.

 

I should test with a new game to see what's going on... it's a long time now I didn't made (at the beginning of chapter 3 at least). I'll see...

Delzaron, I have a suggestion here regarding FTD, but can you make special cheat settings to influence corruption points and other things? because I didn't get 30 points when Dovakin decided to have sex with Lurker at the first meeting with hak'kluru. Something like even a debug dialogue that can be started with it. I know you've done this before in your deadly pleasure mod. because sometimes the dialogues that I need don't work for me because of the insufficient number of corruption points. And I would like to play absolute evil like in TID. Thanks in advance

 

p.s. And I also caught a bug, but I don't have any positive luck, alas. in general, on the screenshot. There is no start of the next quest, and hell with that, you can run it through the console. The only problem is what to run? After the quest  "false choice", I had a little freezing a game, There popped up a selection of the next quest and I clicked what is recommended. But it didn't turn on. There was something about mountain. Apparently a continuation with Nuai i think.

Now that the dreams are working I'm getting an issue with the prostitute Delivery: Slavers quest. When I need to recruit/hire a companion they all say they'll do it (Nilsine, Susannah & Ureamu's daughter) but they don't then join me and the quest does not continue. I can go to the gate guard and persuade him to open the gate. I can go to the ship and perform initial interactions with the sailors but then it completely stalls when I need to persuade my non-existent companion to create a distraction (because the stage to get them to join me would never complete).

Yes, the chapter 3 have lot of problems. It's due to the time of dev (months), so some ideas were lost during the dev process.

I need to work on it.

I noticed that)) So still, after the False Choice quest, what should I activate? if you look at the list, then there is either dagon, or providing evidence to comrades.

And I would also like a list of quests in the sequence in which you originally intended to complete them. That's because there are 3 quests aFTD_Dreams

The first one was, maybe it should be Dream2? I really want to go through this mod, I don't care about bugs, I'll describe each one in detail if necessary

When choosing the path for the day Inquiry:  Zadok Allenith I volunteered to assist Susana instead of getting the other npc to assist her in entertaining for the evening.  The quest prompts me to 'Follow Susana', but nothing happens and the progression seems stuck there.

curious, I didn't got any problem. Susana will walk to the dockers house, there is a trigger here.

You can go it, and use T, an see what happen. Susana should spot here and a scene will begin.

Thank you, this worked.  Although she kept trying to leave so I placed my character in her way between scenes.  Cheers.

I'll try to modify Kiae to avoid her using Muiri assets for next update, we'll see if it will work.

thanks for this mod, it's really good.

 

I would like to report some bugs:

 

1. Riekling cave together with Nuai, first time:

I found the hints in the bag, but the quest did not progress. I'm not sure whether I found all things or it was a bug, so I forced the quest stage by console command

 

2. Problems with Fluvius Cato in the basement of Morthal Inn:

After the meeting, he went to castle dour but without quest marker over his head. In the castle, he asked me to follow him but he did not move. I had to reload in the basement again. Luckily, after waiting some hours then he got the questmarker and in castle dour the quest was able to progress. 

 

3. Innsmouth was really good, only the harmless bug with wine for transport

 

4. Hallucinated Mountain quest line, Riekling cave, college path:

At the damaged bridge Nuai did not move anymore. The quest said I should talk to her but it was not possible. All the other mages were vanished. I had to force nearly the complete quest line stages by console command until the bridge was repaired .

 

5. The city in the cave

Nuai said she opened the door by the key for that building (forgot the name...). but the door was still closed, I opened it by cheat.

 

6. Decision to join the cult by oath or to let Nuai alone

I made the decision to not join. Afterwards I was teleported to riekling cave entry but nothing happend anymore. Is the mod over at that point currently? I had not the possibility to go to dawnstar quest line.

1 : it's a trigger. So, when you found the hints, ou should get the next stage.

 

I'll add  a debug dialogue to Nuai or companion, it could help.

 

2 : I don't know... if he's not busy with aother package, he should move. I didn't got that problem. Try go inside the trigger.

 

3 : again ?

 

4 : The college path was not tested, I focused my efforts on the riekling path. The original quest was corrupted, I'm not sure the new one is bug less.

 

5 : Yep, I chosen to not lock that door instead.

 

6 : It's due tot the chapter 3 quest sorganization. I need to fix that. trigger dawnstar part by console for now.

Hi again, If only through the console, then I agree, what should I choose? here is my passage stuck right after false choice. Am I choosing the danstar path or the dagon quest? It's just that I've already checked out the dialogues, and Danstar seems to be coming after Dagon. But when I tried to activate this quest, the game just started to lag terribly. Was I supposed to be teleported somewhere?

update incoming.

Mostly fixes, but I advanced a very little of chapter 4, dagon path (with teleport spells to not make player blocked at insmouth).

 

There is the improvements I see for future updates :

- continuing the prietess path. I already redacted a quest about finding a artifact linked to Chaur Tegoth, a potential rival of the Lord of the deeps. I will add a quest involving at minima two followers sacrificess, one classical beheading, the other burned alive at solitude lighthouse. And I need to think about how ddealing with the investigators.

- chapter 1, maybe extend Direala quest (the one at windhelm).

- chapter 2, the escape with Susana (optionnal)

- chapter 3, the two other choices Also, make the burglary more scarry.

 I think also about a quest for chapter 3 or 4 : expliring Diraela dreams. As you know, she was sold during chapter 2. We could find/deliver her, but she's mad, dreaming all the time. After sending her to a asylum, player could try to explore her dreams... it will lead to a hidden temple inside Windhelm, where player will use to go to insmouth without using a boat, but through Ryelh... (a cell, labyrinthian, full of ennemies).

This may be another Old Save issue but the chapter 2 prostitute quest chain seems broken again. In Fort Insmouth, during the Inquiry: The Shadow Below Insmouth quest, I am instructed to go and speak to Maive who is, apparently, in the Registration room. The doorway to the Registration Room is broken. When the new area loads my character is stuck between the door and the wall. I cannot move and can only use the door to go back outside again.

 

It seems waiting 14 hours allowed her to leave but that doorway's going to be a problem if I have to go down there again.

Sorry. I advanced the save. It was the back door of the registration room from the castle. Not the front door from the docks. I'll see if I can recreate it.

Ok, I'll check that cell. that door was not supposed ot be used, maybe I neglected to place correctly the door exit marker, so it created the problem you met.
