New too Skyrim and modding

is there any like step for step how too install all this and make it work? i just installed skyrim special edition via steam and ive also tried some mods via mod organizer 2 but having a hard time understanding it all, is there any like begginers guide of this and how too make it work with sexlab and mod organizer?

And also with the FNIS, Skeleton mod++ all of them downloaded from Nexus, it says in mod organizer that there is a newer type for the mod, where can i find these?

You going to need a whole manual. lol 

I would firstly go with Vortex from the nexus mods. It is easier to use. It also always tells you if something is missing, or is being overwritten. It also comes with FNIS extension. You can still go with mod organizer if you want. I'll link you some guides. It is very complex, the whole modding. But if you get it right, it is amazing. Also before you begin you need to check if you have Skyrim SE or Skyrim AE. If you have AE, then download that mod from the nexus so it reverts to SE again. Mods work better that way.

if you are new to modding some of the most important things are, before you start you actual playthrough, make sure you test and have all the mods you want before, download some clean saves and test your mods. one of the worst things you can do is to change load order or mods after you started your playthrough, is an easy way to start getting CTD's

yeah i just started my playthrough but decided too delete all my mods on mod organizer too try and install new ones from here, stupid idea lol

I cant find out wich version ive got, if it's 1.5 or 1.6 idk, so many of the MUST have mods like Skeleton and Fores New Idles just wont work? 

i know i got the special edition but for what i know there is many types of the special edition????? i download SKSE and some other mods than suddenly my SKSE is outdated and i need a newer version of it too run the other mods ?

or go through the modlist and manually download and install the mods.

It will give you most commonly used engine fixes, bug fixes as well as commonly used modder's resources (e.g. mods that provide features used by many other mods).

 

Then add mods on your own to it.

Oh, search for something like "What game version is my Skyrim?", and check if the mod you want to download is compatible with your game version (and also which version of a mod you have to download).

For the version go to your install folder > right click SkyrimSE.exe > select properties > select details tab, check the product version.

the game is more than 10 years old - there are mods - they have been in development for 8 years...
...the basics they need to learn - hasn't changed in 6-7 years!

Without straining your own head and investing many many...really many hours - you will not be able to successfully install today's complex mod image!!

I updated the guide you say you're following last month. The step by step instructions to verify which game version you have are on page 3. I guess you didn't get that far.

Try following each step. A lot of what you'll do are just mechanical checks and configuring some stuff, so when you really start adding mods and playing you won't have to deal with common errors or classic mistakes. If you skip something to save time and the end result isn't working as intended, did you really save any time at all?

If written guides aren't your thing your best bet would be find a good video about how to use MO2, how to install and set things up to start modding and go back to searching for any video guides about specific topics as you need (such as running FNIS, Bodyslide and similar tools while using MO2). But one way or the other you'll have to invest a bit of time into learning the basics, otherwise you'll get to a point where things break and stop working as intended and then troubleshooting and fixing that will surely take time.

why can't anyone just mod it up with most popular mods already installed and pre-loaded then ability to launch it all together with one click out of the box and upload it to some torrent site?

You are not going to get from nothing to a fully functional modded Skyrim in a weekend.

Take your time to master the various tools such as whichever mod manager you settle on.

Use a search engine. There are written and video tutorials on every aspect of modding Skyrim.

Because people like FitGirl  who makes game repacks exist, and they do it for free for fame and respect, i'm just surprised nobody did it with skyrim mods... maybe i should do it and charge money for it, and become a millionaire. people would pay, i would pay up to 20$ if this was available anywhere..i kid you not i would pay. nobody freakin has time for this joke, they just wanna jerk it and go to sleep.

FitGirl is a pirate who repacks games. Installing a pirated game is no different from installing a paid for game. FitGirl does not do modded games.

Really weird situation because the kind of people who want a fully automated modded game are almost the same people too lazy or else to do a quick search and find the already existing tools to do it.
