I prefer playing female, but I couldn't see myself using such a mod unless the cutscenes still used Leon. Suddenly seeing a woman using his manly voice and animations every time time a cutscene played out would be too jarring XP

 

Yet somehow being a hot chick during the gameplay but having the story scenes still play out proper wouldn't bother me. Immersion is such a relative concept....

To be fair like I said the characters in general aren't modeled when they wear skirts or robes etc, the male ones included.
It'd definitely be pretty odd if the male ones were modeled but not the female ones.

 But yeah, it's still weird to me even from a '' non-perverted '' pov.

Just knowing that they don't have any body underneath feels strange it's hard to '' unsee ''.
And like I said too when it comes to shooting legs it actually makes it harder because you can shoot through robes and skirts and miss so not being able to see their whole legs can actually be a problem sometimes.
The characters also get flung backwards a lot so you see under their robes and skirts all the time but it's just a completely black void above their ankles lol.
It's a bit immersion breaking and very noticeable.

I think I'm more tired of full on nude mods. The genitalia almost always looks awful. So I'd much prefer when people make skimpy mods that let your mind imagine instead. Outfits that tease you are infinitely superior imho and this also implies that the body edit has tasteful curves instead of having blowup doll proportions.

So wait, are you saying the enemies with robes aren't modeled above the ankles?  I just got to the castle and haven't played further yet, so I haven't seen it myself.  That does sound immersion-breaking if it's that noticable, lol.

I guess you know that there is "RE-TEXT and RE-PAK" to inject nude mods on the PS4 I did it with RE2 and RE3 with the full nude mods (no heels)
To tell the truth, on the PS4 they have been able to port nude mods from PC, at least I did it with the Yakuzas.
The big difference is that they only make tools to make these mods when the game is on PC, since I have noticed that when a game is Exclusive to console there is no interest in making tools (I have come across several cases like Gravity Rush) since in exclusive PS4 games you could have nude mods just like on PC if there was only interest

Since the game on PC has DENUVO and my only salvation is the PS4 I will have to wait a long time for them to make "RE-TEXT and RE-PAK" compatible with this game. In that extra time they could make a completely nude version since that happened in RE2 and RE3 that they took everything out with heels and in updates they took them out as the mods of Naked and have nothing ?

That's nonsense. If you follow the Control thread, they're very clear about what the difficulties are. It has nothing to do with there being a real face model for the character. And as others have mentioned, there are loads of examples of nude modded characters with likenesses based on real people.

At this point actresses in this series know what they are signing up for. People have been making nude mods for this series since RE4. Claire, Ada, every girl in Village, and Jill especially in 3 got nuded to all hell. People know.

I don't understand where this is coming from. Were any adult mods even posted? Everything shown so far have been paywalled mods. The one removed from Nexus was a stolen mod, that's why it was removed. Nexus isn't removing female mods, just paywalled ones.
